TrustpilotVery quick and effective at getting in acceptable offers
Very quick and enthusiastic approach to valuing the property and, after deciding to engage them, quickly organised a series of viewings managed by several of their staff in the branch. Achieved a series of offers within their stated timescale which were within the parameters I had expected (although noticeably below the valuation and top range figure - typical in my experience). After acceptance of the offer I felt at times that they were acting for the purchaser rather than me (vendor) when I was hoping for rather more pushback to the purchaser's demands - again fairly typical in my experience as they are focussed on getting the sale to completion and receiving their sizeable commission. I am always surprised at how much agents charge in comparison with solicitors where the legally significant work occurs and where mistakes really can cause huge difficulties. Finally, the bill settling was a little annoying as they kept forgetting the agreed variation made when they were appointed.

Who doesn’t love rats eating each other in the kitchen and poo droppings in the toaster? Apparently Sujata at KFH loves it as she said the house is habitable to stay in! Plot twist: The real rats were the ones blaming us for the infestation (saying not to leave the back door open - oh don’t you worry, our deranged neighbours constant screaming alone made us think twice about keeping any entrances open), and failed to mention a shoddy floorboard that directly led to the sewers. Ever since moving in, we have had non stop issues every single month - from dangerously fitted boilers to leaks to finding rats in our bin. Constantly undermined, not being taken seriously and having to chase time after time. Anyway - we’re out now! Tarraaaaa

I liked all the staff in the West Hampstead branch, who were responsive and helpful always.I disliked having always to pay so far in advance to get anything done. Negotiating the maintenance teams who could help before I had a new tenant was very difficult. I regretted moving from my old agent more than once.The new tenants are in almost a month and not a penny of the rent they have paid has yet come to me. I await to see if the payment system is as efficient when it comes to putting the rent in my account.

I was very fortunate to have Mohammed Ahmed look after the sale of my flat. He was able to line up potential buyers for viewing quickly and was most helpful with any questions that I had. He was professional, communicative and when the paperwork lagged behind, he was there to give the right people a nudge to keep it going to completion. The entire team at KFH has been wonderful. A 5 star rating from me.

James and David took care of post transaction arrangements faultlessly. When you walk in this office, you feel like dealing with true professionals. KFH were outstandingly patient and tenacious with our sale. Unfortunately we had a couple of false starts with buyers who didn’t get the funds they wanted so that wasted us time & money otherwise I’d give 5 stars. Our eventual sale, including lease extension was fraught and long on the lawyers side not because of KFH. The agents at KFH kept us sane.

I like in a property in Harrow where the lifts are maintained by KFH. We have 2 lifts in the property, one is always switched off and other is often not working, KFH handle the lift maintenance. Their response time is very poor, they are unable to keep both the lifts working simultaneously so if is faulty the other is working. This last episode has lasted over 48 hours as it went faulty on Friday and still not repaired Monday afternoon. We live on a higher floor and my wife has had knee surgery but this vulnerability does not seem to worry KFH.

KFH, in particular their property management for tenants, are the most disgusting company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.Due to a situation where I was unsafe with my aggressive ex partner, I had to end our tenancy early. I was then told I needed to pay £2300 in early termination fees with 0 sympathy or duty of care when I was in a vulnerable/unsafe situation. I ultimately understood this, and while the company had absolutely no understanding of the fact I didn't physically have the cash, I eventually had to borrow money from multiple sources.Once I was eventually able to be released from the tenancy, I was instantly ghosted by my property manager. It took 5 weeks to receive my deposit back after chasing every single day with little updates as to whether I was even eligible to receive it.Throughout the tenancy, I have had to make multiple complaints about property management, from waiting 5 weeks to receive the inventory report at the start of the tenancy to being completely ghosted on needing essential boiler repairs. We also had instances where maintenance entered our flat without us being told or given the mandatory 24 hours notice.Landlords- would you really want a company like this to manage your properties given the lack of essential repairs ever done, ultimately leaving your property in a poor state alongside their inhumane treatment of tenants? This is a company that will charge you extortionate fees to manage your property while not actually doing any of the work aside from trying to gain as much money as possible from you and your tenants.Tenants- please avoid also unless you would like an experience similar to my own.

I've had number of properties for many years and for the last 3 or 4 years my manager, Ashling Arfaoui has provided me with an excellent service.She is knowledgable, responsive, and as well as the usual property management roles, she has given me great strategic advice and guidance on handling the tenants, refurbishments/expenditures, and other valuable commercial input.She also establishes good working relationships with the tenants which is so important - happy tenants make good tenants - who extend their tenancies, pay the rent on time and are generally well behaved and responsible.Highly recommended

Review title basically summarizes our experience with KFH. Throughout our 8-month journey from putting in an offer to moving, every little bit of progress was met with a caveat or further realization that KFH did not care. This includes: - Misrepresenting what they were selling, as they actually didn’t realize what they were selling.- Miscommunicating our bid offer to the sellers, and once this became known, told us it was too late for them to do something and it was up to us to figure it out. This might have been different for the sellers who had actually hired KFH, but as the buyers, it was a long and frustrating process. Although one positive was that they were attentive and reachable throughout. We would not recommend going with them, but they might be not be any different to other estate agents, unfortunately.

I had a really great experience working with Olivier and the rest of the lettings team in the Tooting Branch of KFHI was provided with timely feedback on viewings and data driven advice on best next steps.The team drawing up the paperwork where also spot on with every detail. My experience with KFH was a complete contrast to the one I had with a major competitor of theirs who I had moved away from due to contractual errors and loose ends that never seemed to get tied up.I'm now a very happy landlord!
