TrustpilotVery happy with the service - reliable, well-informed, available to answer questions at short notice
Sawan Shah helped us find a mortgage for our first home purchase. We are grateful for his help. He was always very well-informed and available to answer our questions in detail and at short notice. As first time buyers, he also walked us through the home purchase process, which was also very helpful. We would recommend his services anytime! Many thanks, Sawan, for all your help!

Trustpilotvery professional people
I had my flat on to rent in Wimbledon Village (a sought after location) with a local village agent and after two months with them I had no offers ( and hardly any viewings) so I switched to KFH and I then had two decent offers within the first week, one of which i accepted. I wish I had switched agents earlier .

TrustpilotExcellent experience with KFH Brockley
I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the entire team at KFH Brockley. Sian managed the process extremely well, ensuring that I was kept well informed of developments and that any questions I had were answered quickly and comprehensively. She put me in contact with her colleague Gintare who was with me every step of the way and was invariably courteous and engaged. I never felt pressurised and I was always made to feel like an important and valued client - hugely important as the whole process of buying and selling is stressful and can feel overwhelming. Every effort was made to ensure that the sale progressed as smoothly as possible - even to the extent of printing documents for me when my own printer gave up. I am grateful to the team for their support and concern over the months of completing the sale of my house and the purchase of my flat, and I am very appreciative of all their help.

TrustpilotGreat for tenancy, not so much for sales.
I used KFH's services for 5+ years. They helped me first find a tenant and managed the rented property for 5 years. After this I sold my property through them as well.My honest assessment is that they were great with tenancy (I got prompt reports, payments as scheduled, quick remediation of any issues with the property, etc) and it worked as a charm. However their sales service appeared disinterested. Even though they were well incentivised to find and close the buyer, I struggled to get them to push the buyer or even promptly respond to my queries. Ultimately we got over the line and the solicitor was quite helpful, but I do feel we could have closed at least a month earlier if KFH were more prompt and firm. This is why I am not giving them 5 stars. In short, great for tenancy in the region, but perhaps there are better agencies to approach for the sales process.

TrustpilotKFH second to none
I have bee a landlord with KFH for more years than I can remember which says everything about them. Having used several agents for over 20 years KFH are second to none. Very professional they know the laws of letting inside and out and the staff cannot be more helpful. It’s a pleasure to deal with an agency that gets it right. (…and no I am not an employee of KFH).

TrustpilotThumbs up for Leah!!!
Leah has provided an outstanding service - she literally chased me within seconds from the very first time I expressed an interest on line about a property. Since the very first call, she has been providing me and getting back to me regularly with new properties available according to my requirements, making my search much much less stressful than all my previous experiences all together. Thumbs up big time!!!!

GoogleMy agent Tunde was extremely helpful in finding my flat. He introduced me to the property, was very kind and competent throughout the process, promoted me to the landlord and fought to have my offer accepted over other offers. I recommend KFH due to what I’ve seen from Tunde.

The team at KHF have been truly incredible with providing an accessible, easy and simple experience. Being new to the UK and all the procedures here, they walked me through each step of the application process and handled all the key steps for me with the utmost understanding of my circumstances and my needs. I am especially grateful to Linnea and Alex who were just brilliant in facilitating the whole process. I absolutely recommend KHF to anyone looking for a properly accessible and supportive organisation.

Huge shout out to Loveisha at the Tooting branch. One of the kindest and most helpful agents we've dealt with over this very stressful house hunt. She's a star!

TrustpilotBrilliant company and staff
I recently sold my flat through the Ealing branch and was looked after by Chris and Martin who went above and beyond to hand hold me through the selling process. The process of completion took a little longer than usual however their perseverance of pushing forward key deadlines and ensuring that all parties were working together really helped. Their expertises and friendliness made the usually stressful time that much bearable. I highly recommend KHF for their selling strategy and customer service.
