It is hard to overstate how brilliant Oliver and Shaun at KFH Highgate have been throughout the whole process of listing our property to completion. At every stage of the process, Oliver and Shaun, and all the staff at KFH Highgate, made a significant amount of time for us and helped us through what is a typically an incredibly stressful process. Regular communication with Oliver, typically initiated by him, made this stress almost non-existent. When we were eventually under offer, Oliver recommended a service to help find a solicitor for us; both this service and our subsequent solicitor have also been excellent and we will continue to use the solicitor for our onward purchase. We have had very mixed experiences with estate agents in the past; KFH stands alone in the great care and respect that they have treated us with and made the whole experience of selling a property as exciting as it should be. I have recommended them to many people in the area who are thinking of selling and I will continue to do so.

Very average, when I needed to speak to my agent she was either not available or very short with me; on one or two occasions she put the phone down on me. Whereas when she needed my help she wouldn’t hesitate to call me multiple times to make things happen. Basically, they found me a buyer and my property sold. I cannot say that it was a great experience.

Nicol Smith and management at KFH has been extremely disappointing. The maintenance manager has failed to organize essential property cleaning before our moving-in date, causing significant inconvenience. Additionally, they have consistently postponed addressing both important and emergency maintenance issues, leaving us in a difficult and frustrating situation.Communication with the property management has been particularly poor. They refuse to acknowledge the problems we report, often speaking over us and diverting the conversation to lectures about manners rather than addressing the issues at hand. This dismissive attitude and lack of responsiveness are unacceptable and unprofessional.I strongly advise anyone considering this property to think twice, as the maintenance management’s ineptitude and lack of communication make for an incredibly frustrating living experience

KFH weren't a company I'd even considered before yet they stood out above every other estate agent firm I spoke to when considering the sale of my flat. From the moment I began to get to know their team, I was reassured again and again through their exceptional and professional actions that they were the right choice. No issue, query, wobble on my part was ever too much for them - they've clearly mastered the art of holding both vendor and buyer in high esteem which smoothed the way at every stage. It was an emotional move for me and they carried me through every day of the process with care and craftmanship. I cannot recommend KFH enough now and will see no other agent when I next plan a move.

Tyrone at KFH was amazingly quick and efficient in getting my property on the market … indeed I could hardly believe that within two days of deciding to sell, the photographs , measurements, details and energy certificate etc etc had all been seen to and i was up and running! And I was impressed with the fact that he & the whole team took my personal circumstances into consideration at all times - they were all very friendly and calm and did not push me to sell before I was ready . It was also helpful to feel that my own views mattered and that I was actually listened to.
