GoogleHad a great experience with Henry Duke - he answered all my questions (of which there were MANY) promptly and was always incredibly helpful throughout what could have otherwise been a very stressful process. 10/10.

GoogleAbsolutely useless, the landlord did more than them. They do nothing except for photographing every small damage to try to keep your deposit. Any maintenance issue reported is passed to the landlord and ignored. I emailed and called the property manager to fix an urgent issue and the answer was to put the evidence online… It was already put it online weeks ago and it was ignored.

GoogleWorst attitude I’ve ever encountered in my flat search with Nicholas. Make sure you don’t show the slightest bit of disinterest, otherwise you’ll get your phone call cut straightaway out of nowhere! How rude! It’s more like a job phone interview that I should be pleasing the other end of the call. Guess that’s the Foxtons experience🤷🏻♂️

GooglePrior to moving to the Fulham branch, Alex Fleet managed the rental of my apartment from the Holborn branch for almost 7 years. Working with Alex was always a pleasure, combining a determination to get the job done with an approachable, friendly attitude. Highly recommend!

GoogleI had a very positive experience when buying a house through Foxtons and in particular with Henry Burn. He did not waste my time and only showed me houses which matched my specification. Henry was great during the negotiations process and helped massively with the completion under a tight deadline. Would definitely go to Foxtons again.

GoogleWe've just purchased a property through Xavier Chambel at the Fulham Broadway office. He has been brilliant and so patient throughout the whole transaction. He was always very responsive and incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. He made the whole process a pleasant experience and we cannot thank him enough making it happen as we are very excited about the new house. We would highly recommend using Xavier to anyone.

GoogleFoxtons have been great for us as Landlords for a long time but in the pandemic thats where they showed their value. In particular Alex Fleet stepped in when one tenant terminated early and found us a new tenant in Lockdown. Amazing !

GoogleWe have received an excellent service by Alex Cima. He helped us in every occasion. Alex is a great value for Foxtons. I wish I could say the same for the rest of the team, we had various issues during our tenancy. If it wasn't for Alex, we wouldn't deal with Foxtons.

GoogleI had three viewings with Alex Cima and he was really attentive to my needs in looking for a place to rent. Excellent service and interaction unlike other agents that I met before. The properties viewed were also top notch, much to our liking and fits my needs. Would recommend Foxtons agent to anyone else out there looking for a place to rent! Keep up the great work!
