GoogleI was lucky enough to have Reem as my agent and my flatmates and I couldn't be happier. She was proactive in helping us find a new home and was super helpful and kind even when we spoke to her after work hours (if I was in her shoes i wouldn't be happy to help at 9PM). Definitely my go to person in the future!

GoogleI rented a flat with them for two years. Worst experience ever. They try to foul you when signing the contract and the management during the let is very poor, not resourceful and very inrespetful. Never again and I hope this helps other people to choose other letting agency

GoogleAlex Cima showed us many properties during two days that we really liked, taking into consideration all the details that we were looking for! And helped us a lot during the negotiation process, where we finally got a very good deal on a property we really liked. Would totally recommend!

GoogleWe had two separate viewings with Foxtons, and both were hugely satisfactory experiences. Both our estate agents - Sabrina and Alex Cima - were really helpful, really friendly, and the properties they showed us were fantastic. Two really lovely estate agents after a long, tiring day viewing. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleVERY DISORGANISED AND UNPROFESSIONAL GROUP HORRIBLE SERVICE WITH RIDICULOUS SERVICE CHARGE DOCUMENTATION WAS A MESSY PROCESS WITH THEM ALSO LOST 2 PROPERTIES IN A ROW PAID DEPOSIT AND 10 DAYS LATER THE PROPERTY WAS GIVEN TO SOMEONE ELSE , WHATS THE POINT OF PLACING A DEPOSIT THEN WHEN THEY SELL YOU (Lent or sold) PROPERTY THEN IT'S "FILE & FORGET" THEY WILL WANT TO HAVE NOTHING WITH YOU AND PROPERTY'S PROBLEMS WHICH NO ONE MENTIONED BEFORE HAND BY THEIR PRACTICE ,THEY HAVE EVERY RIGHT AND YOU HAVE NONE Do yourself a big favour and stay away from them

GoogleWe have had issues with Foxtons ever since signing our contract. If it wasn't for the landlord, who is actually a very nice and helpful landlord, I expect we would have left instantly. Now we are lucky enough to be able to buy our first home, the rudeness and unprofessional attitude of 'Alex' (no introduction to even know his/her surname) has been a constant reminder of the very very poor quality of staff they hire. What makes me laugh the most is that Foxtons personally encourage their staff to push friends/family, who have no connection to using Foxtons, to add in 5 star ratings,. As we speak, we have multiple Foxtons employees trying to book visits, some range from 30mins, some to 60mins, they are overbooking visits on each other, scrambling to make a sale because no one wants to use them.

GoogleI have had experience with other agents selling houses and the process was too slow, a critical failing in a moving market. I have also sold through Foxtons before; I chose them this time because I knew they would achieve the best possible price and, just as importantly, be as motivated as myself to get to completion. I was not disappointed; chasing the buyer and solicitor every day, getting back to me immediately, smoothly dealing with any problem arising. This is where their experience and professionalism is second to none. Foxtons know exactly how to get the job done fast and saved me a lot in mortgage payments. Other agents promise low fees but in my experience do not deliver. In my opinion Foxtons are undoubtably the best at what they do.

GoogleApologies for the unsolicited email but I have been receiving some quite outstanding service from Rupert Simmonds, which I believe deserves a commendation. I have four investments flats, all of which I entrust to Foxtons. Last year there were some speed bumps in the service, which caused Rupert and I to fall out a little and I considered leaving Foxtons quite seriously. I’m sure there was fault on both sides. However, Rupert has since provided very good service, helped me with a particularly tricky situation with tenants who failed to pay the rent and has also pulled off a big rent increase on one flat. I now feel loyal to Foxtons and have no intention of putting my properties with any other agent...assuming the excellent service continues, of course! I’m very impressed by the quality of service I’m getting from Rupert, his ability to turn around a tricky situation and the price rise he achieved on my flat in Queens Club Gardens. He deserves a pat on the back.

I would like to say big thanks to Mr Henry Burn from Foxtons for his help from flat viewing to completion of purchase. I am really impressed by his professional and friendly service. He always kept me informed about the progress, responded promptly to any of my inquiries or requests, and made me feel very comfortable during the whole process.
