Excellent after service

We have been renting through Dexters and have found the whole experience to be a really positive one. Sometimes agencies can be great for the initial deal and drop off, but we have had the opposite experience. We have been really impressed by the management service provided by Dexters. Unfortunately the service provided at this estate agency is to the lowest standard out of all the agencies I have rented through in 6 years, despite them being the "largest" firm I have dealt with. The property management team are incommunicative and when you do get hold of them, incorrect information is usually provided. Our security deposit (which had no deductions and was to be returned in full) was only sent back to us 5 weeks after we vacated the property, due to their failings. Most disappointingly, the team were unapologetic about this situation and had no interest or respect for the delay and how this affected us. It is extremely disappointing that people can behave in such a disinterested manner given the circumstances. An explanation of all issues has been submitted as feedback to the managing director.

we are french, living in Hongkong and we came only during 3 days in apri 2019 to visit apartments in london with the idea to choose one before leaving back. It was a big challenge but a great success thanks to Dexters and our contact Jean -Charles Alegri. He helped us to select only the apartments answering our criteria and could adjust even at last minute with some new visits because we had changed ideas or expressed it differently. Finally we found and chose one and made an offer within the 3 days. Jean- charles have been very pro active from this date until the completion recently; answering all my questions on time and making the link with the vendors when he could not answer directly. it was great service and relationship! in 2.5 months, all was done, signed and completed. I have just completed on a flat in the West Ken area and Dexters were really great throughout the whole experience. I dealt with James from the beginning and he was super. He really listened to what I was looking for, which I will admit was very specific, and he didn't try to push me towards anything that didn't match that. He was really respectful of my requirements, and my budget! This led to him finding me my ideal flat! He continued to be really helpful during the whole process and, without a doubt, helped to speed up the process of getting to exchange and completion through gathering information, which was greatly appreciated. He dealt with my queries really quickly, and facilitated further visits, some at quite last minute, which really helped us be in the best position we could be when we completed. His assistance has been brilliant, including right through to helping with a complication on completion day (which was out of his control!), but he still helped solve it and that was greatly appreciated. I can only highly recommend James and the Dexters team!

Posted a review about this company but it was not accepted and so, I shall post the same review again. Absolutely awful experience and unfortunate that one star is the lowest star that you can give. First photographer used by Dexters was an absolute amateur - slow to issue photographs to be agreed which were all subsequently binned.Floorplan incorrect also. Second photographer was better but then waited ages for the photographs to come through. Spent yesterday all day agreeing photographs to be used and those to be rejected, hard copy brochure to be agreed with Dexters to launch online also.Dexters then just totally ignored with a fifth of the agreed photographs missing online and a third of those photographs rejected included online.Floorplan also incorrect still. Rang the office three times but no one answered the phones in the branch dealing with our sale. Slow service and extremely unprofessional. Never known such a poor Estate Agents. Truly truly dreadful

Munir in particular has assisted me on 2 occasions when financial pressures have caused huge stress.
