The service from their Parsons Green office has been short of any level of professionalism. We made an offer on a flat, and then unknowingly found out that our notice period was 2 months. I wrote to our agent to inform him that I would need to change the move in date, but had no response for several days, and now left in limbo. It seems they are only interested in getting you to sign-up but offer no actual customer service. From reading the other reviews - this is absolutely nothing, but I had a feeling they were poor, only now to write my first ever review on trust pilot. I've used many agencies over the years, but this falls below the standards that I expect.

Utterly incompetent. Cash buyer for a flat and they will not respond to repeated viewing requests. Fulham branch I would avoid like the plague. If I was the seller I would replace them immediately

GoogleIncompetent team, that anyway changes all the time. They are here to take money from landlords and tenants as much as they can and as fast as they can. Absolute zero customer service, especially the letting team.

I wanted trust on their service to let an house, The owner of the house where I lived (that was on sale) recommended me their name. They let me sign a contract for an house that I found infested of insects and mice at my arrival. I gave them deposit plus 6 months in advance, for a total of more than 10.000 Pounds, and they don’t want to help me to cease the contract as I requested, also if they added a clause in the contract that could give me this right. So now I am without an house and with all that money less, and consequently I can’t find another house. They left me in this trouble during Covid 19.

Met this gentleman on Friday Sefik Ascieli from Harbour exchange office, he finally arrived 15mins late, no contact nothing to warn me, was looking at a place for 3,750 per month needed work so he was going to call the landlord and call me at 3pm, no call so I chased the following day, no response chased again today nothing, it should not be this hard to spend in excess of 45k per year. Rude, hopeless, waste of my time they deserve their reputation
