GoogleWe've recently completed on the sale of our Fulham flat - a sale which has taken 12 months to conclude (a length of time entirely down to 3rd party interests, freeholder permissions, multiple lawyers, ongoing building work, all complicated by our being based abroad). This may sound like an odd beginning to a 5 star review, but it is no exaggeration to say that the one factor that has made the process tolerable has been the endless patience and professionalism of Glynn Gibb at Chesterton's. Glynn has worked tirelessly on our behalf, mediating and negotiating in some difficult circumstances - his legal background also provided invaluable insight into other parts of the process, providing huge added value. He has kept us up to date with all developments and always been available for all our questions and concerns. We sincerely could not recommend his services enough. He brings huge expertise and experience to the process and - as importantly - is always on hand to offer great advice and support. We could not be happier and would recommend that anyone looking to sell in the Fulham area beats a path to his door, as they will not be disappointed.

Had a great experience with Gary and the Chestertons SW Lettings team in Battersea renting out a flat through them recently. Responsive and professional throughout and ultimately able to secure tenants at the rate estimated when I first started speaking with them. The team were able to quickly and efficiently bring together a number of potential tenants Also helpful with making sure all the relevant documentation etc was in place on all sides.
