GoogleI can’t rate igloo highly enough. Stacey and Reece were who I dealt with primarily and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They Got me the best price possible and were responsive and supportive throughout. Everything went better than I could have hoped for. I got the price I had hoped for within a really quick timescale. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the guys on the back of my experience with them. First class all round. Gavin.

GoogleWe purchased a house through Igloo and dealt with Linda. She was excellent and even stepped in to 'project manage' the sale when a few issues with planning permission etc cropped up towards the closing date. Linda acted as a liaison between several different parties and got things back on track. I have no doubt that without Linda's input the sale would have been delayed further. They really do go the extra mile here and took a massive load of stress off of us. One satisfied customer! I would 100% use them again if buying/selling.

GoogleWe Have just completed a let with igloo lettings through Peter lavery & can’t recommend highly enough. From 1st point of contact at viewing to notification of acceptance/signing of contract/handover Peter has been very polite, positive & professional. Peter went above & beyond to help us with our current situation with current letting agent & even sought the help of the team @igloo to help & advise us. GoogleSaw the perfect flat on an Igloo listing and Peter Lavery showed me around the property. Could not ask for a better Property Agent, as Peter was so helpful and talked me through the whole rental procedure. He kept me fully in the loop through the whole process, explaining each step along the way. Peter made things run smoothly and stress free, and I can't wait to spend many happy days in my new flat. GoogleWell what can i say about Igloo Estate Agents Hamilton - other than i would highly recommend this estate agents if buying./ selling a property. i acknowledge that buying / selling is extremely stressful and the team at Igloo did their very best to ensure that the process of buying was as stress free as possible. From the moment that i made contact with the estate agents every member of the team that i spoke with was friendly , helpful and genuinely interested in what i was asking . i would in particular like to thank Reese although as mentioned above everyone within the who office was great.

GoogleIgloo get awarded best estate agents year after year for a very good reason! They are the best. Hand over the sale of your property and they do all the hard work. They are fabulous people to do business with and they are even nicer people to know. I dealt with Linda from the Hamilton office in Scotland. Every time I spoke to Linda, it was such a pleasure and a privilege. The big difference between Linda, Igloo and other estate agents is the fact that they really do care. Selling my house with igloo was painless and simple. Amazing people to do business with.

GoogleBoth Alan's we're so helpful in both purchasing and selling a property. We had an offer accepted on Wednesday, our house yo for sale by the Saturday and our house sold by the Wednesday! So a week from contact and our house sold for over 5% above home report! Delighted with the service and already looking at using them for the sale of my partners flat. Fantastic service!

She helped me through every stage of the process and her level of professionalism was outstanding. It had been a few years since I had bought a property and things have certainly changed, however Lesley helped me understand the changes and nothing was a bother to her. A definite 5 star review.

GoogleAfter having a few estate agents out to value our property. We decided on Igloo due to their excellent sales package. The full time our home was on the market we were kept up to date daily by Recce and within 1 week our house was sold! Recce was professional yet friendly and put our minds at ease every step of the way! If carlsberg did estate agents it would be Igloo! Thanks again guys!!!

GoogleThis is a really well run organisation. Their lines of communication are excellent. Every call I made to the office was answered quickly and politely. Initially I dealt with Stacey and she was marvellous in organising the sale. Then I dealt with Alan who made all the difference in communicating with the buyer and concluding the sale. Very professional in every respect.

GoogleI dealt with the lovely Suzanne when renting with Igloo and cannot fault the process from start to finish. With it being my first ever home, I had no idea of the way things worked in the "big world", but Suzanne and the team made it as easy as possible for me, contacting me with help and to baby talk me through everything (definitely necessary!). There are always happy and friendly voices on the phones, so I really couldn't have asked for a nicer company to deal with for my first home. Won't hesitate using them again :)

GoogleA zero star review from me. The attitude from certain staff in the lettings team is appalling, dismissive and rude. There is no complaints procedure. When I complained about the service I received I was told to stop contacting them - how professional. Also do not be taken in by the reviews on their website as it is not possible to post a review so I can only assume the positive reviews were written by staff - the fact that there are no negative reviews on their site would confirm this!!!!
