GoogleI recently viewed a 3-bed property on Forrest St in Hamilton. We were last to view which meant that we couldn't phone the office to express our interest until the morning. When I called, I explained that we were really interested and the woman very rudely informed us that the landlord had picked one of the interested viewers on the evening. I explained that were last and hadn't had a chance to tell them that we wanted it. She said she'd call me back after speaking to the landlord. I never heard a thing. Didn't even have the decency to call!!

GoogleI can not recommend countrywide enough, our house was on the market for 4 days and was then sold. The girls in the office do everything in there power to help you and to make sure you are happy with what’s going on. And Gavin who came out to visit us could not have been any nicer and made such a horrible time seem so easy. Between both Gavin and the girls our experience of selling our property has been brilliant when everyone says it’s a nightmare, I can not thank the team enough for everything they have done for us. If we ever are looking to sell a property again we will be back.

GoogleHave recently sold our house through Countrywide Hamilton, our home was on the market for just three weeks and was sold and sold for over and above what we expected to achieve. Very professional & friendly service provided. Everyone we dealt with where extremely helpful, right from our initial enquiry with Nicole, valuation with Vincent and arranging all the viewings with Paige. Excellent communication through every phase of the selling process, with prompt feedback following each viewing. The photos were by far superior to ones of other estate agents. They made the whole process of selling our home really easy and incredibly hassle free and also provided advice when it came to us purchasing our new home. Would highly recommend and have done recently to friends and family and would have no hesitation in using your services again.

Nicole and all the staff at the branch worked tirelessly to make this happen, while reassuring me all the way. I have no doubt that this would have been near impossible with anyone else and would not only recommend Countrywide but would insist to anyone who would listen that if they want the BEST service out there, then they MUST use COUNTRYWIDE. GoogleCountywide have been fantastic. Starting with Vincent doing his valuation and photography to Paige and Patricia doing the online advert and phone calls. They set my property advert up on thursday afternoon and by Friday 7pm i had 4 viewings, with 2 for Saturday and 2 for Sunday. They kept me informed all the way through the process and all the staff have been really friendly and helpful. If I ever needed to sell a property again I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Excellent customer service

GoogleCountry wide exceeded all my highest expectations. All staff I encountered where great but I must highlight Nicole in particular. Nicole delt with both the selling of my old property and buying of my new. A true attribute too your company! I felt valued from the first point of greet right until the last second of goodbye!
