GoogleWhat an abysmal service asking for updates is like hitting a brick wall totally backwards folk working in this office and company, continuing to call them to get any feedback for updates they don’t even ring back

GoogleWent into countrywide to speak to their mortgage adviser Rebecca, honestly don't think i could of felt more comforted knowing she was dealing with it all for us. She was knowledgeable , patient and answered every question under the sun first class service even the team when we came in made us both feel welcome would recommend to any one!

GoogleWe walked in, and walked out with a flat! Everyone else was telling us that it would take 2 weeks to get into a flat; even if we made an offer today! Countrywide said, 'would you like to move in tomorrow?' We said yes, and it is an AWESOME place, much more than we expected. Thankyou Countrywide.

GooglePoor service both in the sale of another property and in the recent attempt to purchase a new house. Avoid. Seems strange that you'd ask me to email full details when your colleagues know very well who I am and were were happy to contact me instead of my lawyer on an almost hourly basis last week.

GoogleI have been using Slater Hogg in East Kilbride from our first let a long time ago. Their level of service has been consistently good and, importantly, the standard of tenant has been exceptional due to careful vetting. My East Kilbride property requires a new tenant now and I didn't hesitate to go directly to Slater Hogg.

GoogleUsed countrywide when I was buying my house, Paige arranged a viewing at really short notice, recommended a mortgage adviser and solicitor and everything was seamless from start to finish. As a first time buyer it made the whole process easy and kept the stress levels to a minimum. Would recommend.
