From the first visit with Nina to the photographer and the office based team, Nicole, Patricia and Michelle, everyone has kept us updated on a regular basis on each step of the process. GoogleWe had a mortgage meeting with Andrew and after sending over all our evidence for a mortgage in principle he said he would get back to us by the end of the week and we never heard from him again. Emailed a few times but got no reply. Very disappointed

GoogleI unfortunately have to preface this by saying I'm increasingly frustrated with how bad the tenant portal is. It really needs some work on performance as it's unbelievably sluggish. It wasn't working at all as usual, and when I tried to contact the offices at the number in the portal, or via google, the numbers were disconnected. My rep was on holiday and I eventually got hold of Michael Wilson, who was really friendly and helped me get an electrician organised quickly. 5 stars for him, but 1 star for your web app.

GoogleAfter a disappointing 6 months with another branch we switched to Hamilton countrywide. Nicole and her team were a complete pleasure to deal with. They know exactly how to market the property to it’s full potential & managed to sell our property in 10 days. My only regret is I wasted 6 months with another branch.

GoogleI can't recommend Nicole, Paige, Vincent and Patricia highly enough. A friendly, experienced and hard working bunch. Not only did the team sell my own home in less than a week, Nicole also assisted me in negotiating an offer on a property I was purchasing from another agent. GoogleMoved to Countrywide after a poor experience with a previous estate agents. I was selling my late mums house in Larkhall. From the moment Vikki arrived to value the property right through to the professionalism of manager Nicole, Laura and Patricia in the office. Each had a 'can do', attitude. Every stage of the process was, explained and communication was excellent getting regular updates. Having previously had the house on the market for 4 months, Countrywide sold it in 2 weeks as predicted at a very acceptable price. They did exactly what they said they would and took away all the pressure and stress of selling. My experience is not all estate agents are the same. I would 100% recommend Countrywide to anyone.
