I bought a house through Countrywide Hamilton & they have by far been the best I’ve dealt with. I was kept UTD, not waiting days for an update, really accommodating when communicating between seller & buyer. 2 working day’s for the whole process ( viewed on bank holiday Friday, started talks on the Saturday & by Monday morning our offer was accepted & being processed ) It was Laura that I was in contact with mostly, lovely, very polite & built great rapport with me. Branch Manager Nicole was just as accommodating too, even giving us a follow up call to let us know everything was all done & the Sold signs had been ordered for our next home! Would recommend & would use next time we sell.

Honestly one of the worst experiences we have had as new landlords. The main issue was the property management service, but this branch were also part of the experience. If you are letting a property out, do yourself a favour. Go elsewhere, they were completely useless.

We contacted two local Estate Agents and after meeting with Vikki we decided to go with Countrywide. The reason for this was her professionalism and the total package offered by Countyrwide. We had the Marketing material posted on line on Monday afternoon and appoinments made for the following 4 days. Nicole, the Hamilton branch manager handled all the client interaction for us and again we were very inpressed by her total attention to our needs. The great news is that we had a written offer for my mother's house on the Thursday, 4 days after the material went on line. We used Countrywide Hamilton to sell our sub let property in East Kilbride and were highly delighted with our experience and all aspects involved with the sale, From first contact to the quick sale (less than two weeks), everything was friendly, honest and professional. The service produced excellent photographs, advertising and details of the property which led to immediate and numerous viewers. Being a sub let the branch happily arranged and took control of all viewing arrangements which made things so much easier for us. We achieved a selling price we were delighted with in a very short time. Excellent service!! Our whole experience working with Countrywide was great. Paige worked very hard selling our house and explained everything step by step. We had a lot of interest in our house and Paige kept track of all our viewings and updated us each day on how things were progressing. Rebecca helped us secure our new mortgage and again explained everything really clearly. Both very friendly which was very important as we had a lot of questions through the process. Could not have had a more pleasant experience using countrywide Hamilton. Selling my first home I was very anxious about the whole thing but Nicole made me feel at ease and kept me in the loop with the whole process. After failing to sell my house in East Kilbride with a local agent for 6 months, I was recommended to use Nicole in Countrywide Hamilton. The process was smooth from the outset, they photographs that Vincent produced were head and shoulders above my previous agent. The updates, feedback and general communication from the whole team, Nicole, Paige and Patricia were regular and detailed and the house sold in 2 weeks of it being on the market at a price that my previous agent said would be unrealistic to expect. They helped me secure my new house from a different agent as well. Nothing was a hassle and I would tell anyone who would listen to Save themselves the hassle and go to them first!
