GoogleVery concerned about their tactics when handling properties on behalf of owners. Pushing properties towards organisations without regard to other neighbouring properties with young children. Turning a blind eye to property alterations where the owner has not agreed as part of the contract. Be very wary of any dealings with this estate agent be it for sales buying or rental

GoogleI instructed Adam’s after wasting 4 months with another agent and getting zero views on a great property. The result? Instructed Adam’s on a Thursday and I agreed a near asking price offer by the Saturday. Even when a long chain was involved and co ordinating an agreeable completion date was tricky, Adam’s made it happen. They effectively dealt with other agents and solicitors from outside the Widnes area. Tracey and Lorraine did everything they could to get us to exchange and completion, which wasn’t an easy task. I’m now sat in my forever home with Christmas on the horizon and feeling very grateful to Adam’s for the effort and diligence they shown.

GoogleHaving managed my rental property for the last 3 years with no issues, it was an easy decision to choose Adams for the sale too. They had a fantastic customer service team that communicated at every stage of the process. Their advertising was very detailed and it showed in the amount of viewings and offers received. Their fees were very reasonable and they were even able to price match a competitor whilst offering a better service overall. I would certainly use again in the future if I am buying or selling in the area.

GoogleRequested to view £550k house in Lunts Heath just added. Refused a viewing even though we have nothing to sell, as they would not show us the house outside office hours (even on a Saturday). We work full time. Was told “if anything changes” to ring back. Obviously not bothered about selling the house with that attitude. Good to know when I want to sell a property in future if they are declining viewers in a position to buy.
Sorry to hear you weren't able to get a viewing on a Saturday. Whilst we do have weekend viewing availability, the slots are filling up extremely quickly at the moment. This particular property has already had a number of block viewings arranged during the week to accommodate the large number of potential buyers. Unfortunately, in a fast moving 'sellers market' is very difficult to accommodate all viewing requests whether they are agent or vendor accompanied. We wish you all the very best with your property search.
