We have nothing but great things to say about Michaels in Braintree with regards to the sale of our family home. From the minute they came round to get measurements to the day we handed over the keys. Excellent service from Patrick, Gemma, Charlotte and Kelan. Great communication with us, the solicitors and within their team. We would thoroughly recommend.

Had a great experience buying my first property with Michaels. Lee was super friendly and knowledgeable when showing us around several properties. Once we decided to make an offer, Carla answered all our questions and facilitated everything with the sellers. The process was quite drawn out because of a longer chain but Michaels always kept in touch and made sure we knew what was happening. Would absolutely recommend them!!

Our experience with Michaels has been very positive overall. While the process had its ups and downs, we really noticed the difference towards the end when Michael became very proactive. He was easy to get hold of, kept us updated, and worked hard to make sure the sale went through. They were incredibly informative and professional throughout the entire process, and their communication was consistently clear and proactive. Even though they were our sellers’ estate agent, we were extremely impressed with the level of care and attention they provided. Based on our experience, we would definitely choose to use them ourselves in the future. Highly recommended!

Thank you just isn’t enough!! From the minute Cameron Pitt’s walked into our house I knew we were in safe and professional hands. We had multiple viewings the day before we went to market and sold our house on the day we were due to go to market! Jo and Michael were in contact with me nearly every day during the whole process, supporting me, offering guidance and advice, pushing the sale and purchase through (which believe me wasn’t easy!!!) and genuinely took away all the stress and anxiety that comes with buying and selling a house. I can honestly say that without their constant reassurance and support, we would not be here today. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to the whole team for everything you have done for us. For making us feel like nothing is ever too much, sharing our emotions of excitement with us, having our backs and making us feel like we were your only clients with the amount of personal communication and support you constantly offered us.
