Michaels Property in Colchester have been absolutely amazing from start to finish. I viewed a property back in July, fell in love with it straight away and put an offer in. Emma talked me through everything and helped sort my mortgage and all of my insurances, she was fantastic. Through the process there were a few bumps along the way but Nikki was there to support me the whole time. Every time there was problem she was at the end of the phone or email to help me and chase for answers, whilst being absolutely lovely too, I could not of done it without her. I will be recommending Michaels to everyone, they have made this extremely stressful time much easier and I can’t thank them enough.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Michaels both as a buyer and a landlord. Each time they have been prompt, professional and uncompromising on their integrity. They reply to emails promptly, they advise me when I'm in a tight spot and they are genuinely nice people. Particularly Samuel who is on my speed-dial and probably wishes he wasn't ;-), but is always charming. In an industry that doesn't have they best reputation, they are quite exceptional and deserve every accolade.

The team at Micheal’s were brilliant from start to finish. They acted for me selling via the Colchester branch. I was very happy with the whole process from the marketing of my property and the service I received throughout. All the team were very friendly and great at keeping me informed during the selling process. Micheal Bickmore was amazing with negotiation and finalizing the sale.

Both sold and bought with Michael’s, and they were very helpful. Lots of viewings organised, photos taken for the listing promptly, and always available to talk on the phone. As our sale and purchase progressed, I phoned almost every day for updates, and Jacqui was always very friendly and very helpful.

From the moment we stepped foot into the estate agents we were shown respect kindness and helpThe evening before we had received the letter to vacate our house after 10 years of living there we were shocked to say the leastWe were met by Kyle and Samuel who actually listened to us, listening is one of the greatest skills someone can have !I was very upset but reassured that they would help and wow did they !The same day we viewed a property with Kyle a house so similar to the one we had to vacate We paid the holding fee that afternoon and the communication from both Kyle and Samuel has been excellent We viewed the property again 2 weeks later and are so pleased with the house thanks to Samuel and Kyle I cannot recommend these 2 fantastic people enough for the great experience at a time of unknowing Thank you to Kyle and Samuel for all your help guidance and support Two very genuine men

We purchased our property, 6 years ago, through Michaels and were so impressed with the service when we decided to sell they were the only Estate Agent we contacted. So happy we did. From Cameron, taking photos and doing the initial consultation, Michael compiling the brochure and Lee and Ollie arranging viewings, the service has been first class. However they really come into their own with the fantastic customer service, and support, provided by Nikki.
