Although the appointment was rescheduled it was only by 15 minutes and they called me well in advance to confirm the new time. The agent, Kieran was very professional and friendly and gave helpful information about the property. I also appreciated the brochure with full property details I received at the end of the viewing - nice to have something in hard copy for easy reference.

Not naming or shaming as not my style, but we were initially with another estate agent. Ok it was the school holidays and we did not have much interest when we first put it on the market. I get that. But there was no communication, no help and to be honest very stressful. When we took on Michael’s , immediately they were so friendly , kept us updated did all the hard work getting interest through the doors and we sold it more or less straight away. Well done Ollie for that and helping us throughout with yours and Lees help , it was stress free and would highly recommend them. Wish we had gone with you in the first place. Only reason was that particular estate agent was up the road from us, but they def need to be retrained to Michaels high standards. Then once sold Jo took on all the rest. And once again stress free, helpful polite and communication spot on. Thank you.ok gonna be honest there was a few hiccups on the way , but none that was your fault. But you showed your professionalism and dealt with it immediately. Well done. Thank you. Highly recommend to anyone. Craig , Stanway.

Michaels have been exceptional from the very first time we contacted them to completion. Max visited us for a valuation and explained the whole process with kindness, patience and professionalism. Michaels had our property sold to our first viewers and the whole process only took three months. Their photos and description of the property are superb. When phoning the Colchester branch I was always left satisfied with the responses from them, if it was something that needed resolving it was dealt with swiftly and I was kept informed of progress on a regular basis. Jo was amazing with her support throughout the process, she dealt with issues that could have become stressful and reassured us when we had worries, a true pro. Couldn't wish for a better team, they were kind, polite, considerate and respectful and really are second to none, Thank you to everyone at Michaels for your invaluable contribution and support in our journey.

Michaels handled the sale of both our property and the property that we purchased. Whilst unusual, this turned out to be the perfect decision in what was became, due to outside factors, a protracted and stressful move.
