Our experience with Michaels has been very positive overall. While the process had its ups and downs, we really noticed the difference towards the end when Michael became very proactive. He was easy to get hold of, kept us updated, and worked hard to make sure the sale went through. We truly appreciate the effort he put in, especially at the final stages, which made a real difference in getting everything completed.

Michael’s Property Consultants have been absolutely excellent. They were incredibly informative and professional throughout the entire process, and their communication was consistently clear and proactive. Even though they were our sellers’ estate agent, we were extremely impressed with the level of care and attention they provided. Based on our experience, we would definitely choose to use them ourselves in the future. Highly recommended!

Thank you just isn’t enough!! From the minute Cameron Pitt’s walked into our house I knew we were in safe and professional hands. We had multiple viewings the day before we went to market and sold our house on the day we were due to go to market! Jo and Michael were in contact with me nearly every day during the whole process, supporting me, offering guidance and advice, pushing the sale and purchase through (which believe me wasn’t easy!!!) and genuinely took away all the stress and anxiety that comes with buying and selling a house. I can honestly say that without their constant reassurance and support, we would not be here today. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to the whole team for everything you have done for us. For making us feel like nothing is ever too much, sharing our emotions of excitement with us, having our backs and making us feel like we were your only clients with the amount of personal communication and support you constantly offered us. I absolutely would not hesitate to recommend your services !!

I could not fault the brilliant service and professionalism that Michael's offered us. We had a simple sale and they very happily answered any calls or emails swiftly and promptly. Charlotte was great at selling the flat, and Carla was particularly helpful post sale. We had a terrible service with another local estate agents and these guys were simply superb.

We recently rented with Michael’s and dealt with Sam Francis and Aaron Leyland. Would recommend them in a heartbeat. They are both approachable staff and we never had to chase them about anything, explained processes to us and were understanding of our situation. We would definitely look to use their services again when the time comes.
