We used Michael's to sell our house and can only praise the Team Highly as they sought to support us through the whole process which took nearly 8 months from sale to completion, it was a roller coaster from start to finish as the result of others in the chain but fair play to the whole Team Gemma, Joely and Patrick who kept us informed and updated on events from start to finish!Thankyou to the whole Braintree office you certainly receive our high recommendation as we finally move onto our next chapter and forever home !

I would highly recommend Michaels Estate Agency for renting a place. We met the agency when we were desperately trying to find the best place to live with our two small kids. Actually, the whole team is great, but for my family, Sam stands out as the best.We rented a place through him twice. He is not only a helpful and kind professional consultant but also someone with practical solutions and a sense of order at all times. He always understands our expectations and needs, sometimes even better than we do. Even after the renting process is complete, he remains reachable for any assistance or questions. Just like in the Fireman Sam cartoon, where Norman Price and his friends always call Sam when they need help, we know we can count on him.Thank you once again, Sam, for making us feel secure with your presence. Your support truly means a lot to us.

GoogleHonestly only gave 1 star because I had to, very unprofessional team of people who love to play you off against other people in the chain, they will tell you lies the entire time. Once they have your signed contract from you they really do not care. Worst agent I have ever used and will not be using again. Safe to say I was warned before using and I didn’t listen!

My experience with Michaels estate agents was excellent from day one . My sale had fallen through from another agent but Michaels took my property on and sold it within a few weeks . The staff there are all great at their jobs especially joely who kept me informed about everything that was going on with regards to viewings and feedback. Also Patrick’s great pictures and Gemma keeping me informed with the progress of solicitor services. I would recommend to anyone selling in Braintree to use them for selling your house . We have exchanged contracts today and want to thank Michaels for their help and hard work throughout the process. We needed a quick sale and they got our house on the market and sold within a week. GoogleIf you have a property to sell than without doubt you should use Michaels. I was having problems selling my property with other agents. Twice i put my property on the market and with other agents I received offers the same day, In each case I accepted my agents recommendations . After 16 weeks in each case the sale fell through and the information supplied to me was not correct.as the chains broke My experience with Michaels was so different, from the minuet I approach them they found me a buyer and keep me informed as the transaction progressed the contacted all the relevant solicitors for update information and always kept me informed. The sale was completed in 12 weeks and I cant praise Michaels enough
