I could not have made a better choice.

I was coming from an extremely negative experience (I tried unsuccessfully to sell my house for more than a year), therefore I was very discouraged about starting the transaction again. So I asked a friend who recommended me Michaels Property. Thanks to Michaels Property I found the right buyer 4 months ago and today I received confirmation about the completion date! Still can't believe it. I have to thank all the people who helped me in this process, but especially Jo Davi, an extremely professional person who always gave me positive feelings in this process, always guided me with valuable advice, always replied to me quickly and with complete informations.I could not have made a better choice.

Michaels have been fantastic

Michaels have been fantastic through the whole process.Aaron came to value our property and he was polite and direct without being pushy, we had several other agents over to value and after the meeting with each we did not hesitate to select Michaels to market our property. We had a lot of viewings and Charlotte or one of the team was available to greet the prospective buyers for each of them and plenty of notice was given.I would not hesitate to recommend Michaels (and have already done so to several friends and colleagues) we will certainly use them again when we come to sell our next property. We also use Michael's mortgage advisor and she was great.

Micheals property in Colchester have…

Micheals property in Colchester have been superb from day one right through to exchange. I cannot praise them enough. Professional, friendly, extremely efficient and they go the extra mile. No issue was too difficult for them to sort. Special mention to Jo ( sales progressor) if she is working on your transaction , you have little to worry about. A credit to the company. The original sales listing of property including the photographs and narrative( Welldone Cameron) was head and shoulders above anything i have seen and sold the property in less than 24hrs.

Braintree Michael's are an amazing, professional and friendly team, recommend 100%

Michael's took on my mum's house at probably the worst time to sell a house in the last 20 years. They did it with fortitude, patience and perseverance. In fact it was their skills in saying 'if you liked that house can we show you another we think you'll also really like', that got us the sale. In these days of Zoopla and Rightmove I know people question the value of estate agents, but Michaels's earned every penny of this commission. Thoroughly recommend, and will use them when we sell our house. Thank you to the Michael's Braintree team, you did a super job

5 Star Michaels

I sold my house using Michaels, it was the first time I’d ever sold a house so I was completely lost at to where to even start. I had seen how professional the staff were when selling other properties on my estate, and when I spoke to my neighbours about them I was only told positive stories. On making the enquiry about selling my house, they were professional with me and came out to value my house. The valuation was realistic and when I agreed the T&Cs which were competitive the house was listed. The photographs made my house look excellent, did I really want to sell on seeing them!! lol I had numerous viewings arranged over a weekend, the first couple that viewed it offered and Michaels worked hard on my behalf to maximise my best sale price. The sale progressed quickly and as promised, I was kept updated regularly and helped where needed at every stage.I won’t use another Estate agent after this experience! Can’t recommend highly enough!!

Incredible Team

I really cannot rate Michael’s estate agents enough! I have sold my property, purchased and also done my mortgage with them! What a fantastic service from the team throughout. They kept me up to date every step of the way and everything went so smoothly. Everyone says moving is one of the most stressful things you can do but Michael’s took this stress away.

Brilliant company - Brilliant service

I had the pleasure of dealing mainly with Aaron, but I cannot miss out Stephen and Charlotte. The service and patience they all showed over the past 7 months has been phenomenal. Through no fault of theirs the length of time to exchange has tested all of our patience but they guided us amazingly well. I simply cannot recommend these guys highly enough. The best Estate Agents I have dealt with in many a year.

Very unprofessional

Very unprofessional, They lie. They say they are not a stereo typical estate agent, but what they really mean is that they practice the very worst attributes of the worst estate agent by lying. Truly awful company. From experience, please do yourself a favour and avoid this company.
