Following consultations with two other local agents , we decided to employ Leaders to arrange the sale of my late fathers home. From the first time we met Tom at the house , it became clear that not only was Tom well informed, he was there to assist and support us through this difficult process. Right from the start , we were kept extremely well informed and updated on viewings , feedback and suggestions. The service we received was quite simply outstanding , far better than we expected. The introductory video email and online portal was very helpful and informative. Whenever we called the office with enquiries , Tom , Nathaniel and Liam always knew where we were at in the process. If we had any difficulties with with legal information , Tom in particular was always on hand to support us in completing documentation. We particularly appreciated the way they communicated the changes in the housing market providing advice without being pushy . This proved to be very timely in our case when interest rates began to rise steeply. To sum up , as a team , they completely took the worry and anxiety out of the process , making it as smooth as possible for our benefit. We would urge all prospective sellers to use Leaders as their first choice. You wont be disappointed . A word of advice , take on board any suggestions they offer particularly with regard to your respective asking price . They really do know the market , so you can trust them completely. We were very impressed when we were visited by Leaders to have our property valued. It went onto the market quickly and viewings began promptly. Within a month our property had sold. We were disappointed we had to make contact with the Progressor to introduce ourselves but then didn't have any further contact from her. Any contact was made by Nathaniel, one of the sales negotiators. Unfortunately the property we wanted to purchase fell through within days of exchanging (not due to us!) and from this point we felt somewhat pressured to find another property quickly so the chain below didn't collapse. Of course we wanted to find a property for our own sakes, but could have done without this added pressure

Fantastic team at Leaders Halstead. Following our sale falling through and close to exchanging moving forward we had to find a new buyer for our house quickly. I walked into Leaders at 9am, was greeted by Liam and Tom. I explained our situation and went over a few details. Straight away they had a buyer in mind. By 3pm the same day our house was viewed and sold straight away. They have been a great help so far and couldn’t ask for any more. These guys really know what they are doing and you are definitely in safe hands when using them.

I originally went on with another local agent as they offered me cheap fees.... who can resist a saving.... However the service provided shows why they offer cheap fees.... poor marketing, no contact and just couldn't care until rightmove provided them with a viewer. Throughout this time Liam kept in contact and advised me on properties i was looking at to buy. after 4 weeks i had enough of this agent and removed them marketing my property and got Liam on to it. Yes it was slightly more money but my god the marketing was second to none, professional photos, Floor plans, Premium listing's you name it Liam could offer it to me. Before the property went live Liam's staff had phoned me with two viewers! They advised to hold off till the open day as this will better our chances of getting good offers. So we did..... a week later the open day Liam turned up with this amazing looking brochures and 10 viewers ready to view in an hour time slot. I couldn't believe it what this "big" agent in Halstead could not even get me one viewing Liam and his team had found 10 in a week. Monday morning Liam phoned me up to let me know how the viewings went and to explain what he is going to do that day with feedback. by 13:00 he was phoning me with 3 offers all above asking price! His help and advice helped me get to this point that the other agent could not do. On the tuesday morning we had best and final offers and agreed a sale £15,000 above asking price. That in itself is with the extra 0.25% commission liam was charging compared the other agent. The day after we introduced to their designated sales progression team who has kept us upto date on the whole process and we now sit here ready to exchange on the property. I'm amazed at how smooth everything has been since signing the paperwork with Liam. I will have no hesitation to sell my other house with these guys when I come to it and highly recommend them to anyone and don't be fooled by cheap fees! You get what you pay for. Once gain thank you Liam, James & Rebecca.
