Just moved into our new house with the help of Grant. Made everything nice and smooth and he done everything to ensure we were in the house as soon as possible. We love the house and would recommend leaders with anyone looking to purchase their new home

We had such a positive experience selling our house with Leaders (Halstead). From start to finish, the team, including Nathaniel, Paige, and Tom, were professional, reliable, and proactive. They arranged regular viewings, always kept us updated with feedback, and sold our house in a really good timeframe. We had our home listed with two other agents, but Leaders were the only ones who brought viewings and ultimately an offer to the table. A special mention has to go to Tom, whose communication and support throughout the process was outstanding. He was approachable, knowledgeable, and made everything feel much less stressful and always went the extra mile. If you’re looking for an estate agent, I can’t recommend Leaders in Halstead highly enough. This was supposed to be one of the most difficult processes to go through, especially given the pressure ahead of us in the chain, but leaders made this so much easier. Thank you to the whole team for such a great service. We are going to miss working with you 😞

“The Halstead team have been incredibly helpful from start to finish. They have been invaluable throughout the whole process, liaising with solicitors and all buyers involved to ensure exchange happened as quickly as possible. Would definitely recommend Leaders to anyone! Special thank you to Nathaniel in particular, but Tom and Liam have also been super stars!”

Liam and his team gave excellent, professional and courteous service throughout our move. Their advice and support was superb. We really appreciated the work Terri undertook post accepting an offer ensuring all parties kept on track to completion. We would highly recommend Leaders - we secured the price we wanted and moved within our desired time frame.

We have just sold our house with Leaders and the process was very stressful due to our buyers solicitors. Nathaniel was on their case every day and made the situation much easier for us. He was constantly emailing and on the phone with updates for us. Would fully recommend Leaders to anyone. Thanks Nathaniel and Liam!

One thing that stood out for me was when calling the office, Nat who took my call after the viewing was so helpful and spoke to me for ages despite other calls waiting for him. Terri-Mae was great at responding and checking up on us during the process. Liam has also been great throughout. Leaders have been really good and I would recommend themPositiveResponsiveness

Superlative service and communication throughout. It continued and didn’t differ once a buyer was found. The team continued with their stellar and superiority through to completion. I’d like to thank Liam, Nathaniel, Terri, Linda and those we didn’t have the pleasure to deal with for this encounter.
