Leaders were extremely helpful with the purchase of our first property. We had a very long journey in the purchase of our property mainly due to other parties, leaders would always be on the ball with getting this attended to for us and always chase solicitors when we asked them to. We would like to particularly mention Nathaniel who allowed us to do three initial visits so we could make the perfect choice of property for ourselves. Nothing felt too much to ask, and when I had to go alone he helped me measure the whole property which was great help. The other mention would be for Alyson. Anytime I had issues with slow responding solicitors and needed support with chasing this up, I would email Alyson and it would be done there and then. She was the other party throughout the whole process that responded immediately and helped when I needed it. Both amazing colleagues. Of course other people were helpful also if these were unable to answer the phone. All round great service and we will definitely be back in the future for any other sales or purchases. Even after the completion of the purchase, when we were in our property for a few days. I had complications with our key. Tom was very helpful and continued to help until he was able to resolve the issue. This was great help especially as we weren’t expecting support after completion.

Throughout my dealings with with Leaders I have been communicated with efficiently and effectively. Although the process was at times very stressful, Liam, Tom and Nathaniel were always friendly, empathetic and reassuring. Their 'we're here to help' attitude is genuine and they were able to point me in the right direction on a number of occasions. I was never put under any pressure with repetitive phone calls (which I experienced from other Agents) and was never made to feel uncomfortable when I needed their help or guidance. I have already recommended Leaders to friends who are considering moving.

I have been impressed from start to finish, throughout my experience with Leaders. Not being local I didn't know where to start looking for an estate agent in Halstead but their website was impressive so I got in touch. I'm glad I did because their service was immediately above and beyond anything I got from their competitors. I obviously stuck with them for our sale and have not been let down at any point. They obviously care about their customers. Advice has been carefully considered and very good, I might add. They're extremely reliable - they call when they say they're going to call and do what they say they're going to do. Can't recommend Leaders enough. I went on with one agent and within less then 6 weeks and no viewings they wanted to do a price drop. I left the other agent and ended up going with Leaders. From start to finish they have been amazing. They have been so kind and caring and kept me upto date. I can't thank Tom and Nathaniel enough for everything they have done for us with selling our house. The only thing I would change is I should of gone with Leaders in the first place. I would of saved myself so much drama.

My sisters and I have had the awful task of selling our parents house after losing our mum in March last year. We were previously with Michaels Estate agent but they were unprofessional and unable to sell the property in a year. We chose to go with Leaders after meeting Liam at the house and were impressed with his professionalism. We also dealt with Nathaniel and Tom which were equally professional. We recently purchased a property through Leaders and they could not have been more helpful. Tom was brilliant and we faced a lot of issues throughout the purchase but Tom couldn’t have done more to help us. The service from everyone at the Halstead branch was exceptional, they were all incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. This is our first home purchase and they guided us through the process brilliantly. Tom was always very easy to get hold of and when he wasn’t available, others in the office were very helpful and calls were returned very quickly. Liam Riley's advice right at beginning was very useful. He advised a value of what it was worth in his opinion based on his knowledge of the local area and estate in particular and suggested a slightly lower price it would sell at. Having explained that the maximum price was not of prime importance but a smooth and quick transaction were more important he came up with a revised figure that would likely get me more than one offer. He advised against doing any decorating/plumbing/electrics work I thought was necessary as he assured me it would sell without any work at all. I was a little sceptical as this seemed to be against what I had heard from others in the past. But he was right and I was grateful as this saved me some money and some inconvenience. The property sold straight away. One day after going on market numerous viewings were arranged at the weekend. The following Monday 3 offers were received, 2 at the asking price. One was selected as the most reliable buyer. Although it was clear I could have got more money I stuck with my original buyer and this turned out be the right decision. Exactly 7 weeks after seeing Liam the exchange and completion was achieved on the same day. The only grumble I would have is using Lifetime legal. and although this is not Leaders fault I think it would be best not to recommend using them. Lifetime legal don't do conveyancing, give contradictory advice and find you a solicitor for a fee. You can never find the your contact again after the first phone call. The found me a solicitor in the North who at times I could not contact by phone. Best to get your own local solicitor who you can phone and drop in to see, if you need to.
