Couldn’t recommend leaders enough! We have just completed on our sale and from start to finish we have been well looked after from everyone at Leaders. Nathaniel was great when we first got started with our sale, getting our house valued and getting viewings in - he always kept us updated and worked with us to market our property in the best way. Grant has also been absolutely incredible, he is so committed, kind and always went above and beyond to help get our sale over the line by keeping us and our buyer in the loop. We have also viewed houses with Leaders during our property search and it made us feel so confident knowing our viewings were being led by such keen and passionate agents. Thank you guys!

I used Leaders in Halstead to sell my Mums house when she passed away. The house next door had been up for sale and it was sold so quickly, I knew I would be in safe hands. I called to make an appointment and within an hour, Nathaniel came to value the house. I told him what I needed and he explained the process so patiently and professionally I immediately felt I knew I had made the right choice. The very next day he called and asked if he could do a viewing. I was so impressed by the speed of service. Unfortunately, we were let down by the viewer but I then had a call from the lovely Sarah who immediately arranged another view. Grant showed the viewers round and after they went, he called me with a very generous offer. I was stunned that it happened so quickly. What truly sets this agency apart is the exceptional performance of every single member of staff who were involved, Nathaniel, Sarah, Grant, Megan and Liam took such extraordinary steps to make sure every communication was clear, prompt and reassuring as each one took time to understand my needs as I felt so vulnerable after losing my Mum. Their dedication, honest feedback, and kindness made me feel like I was a priority and friend, not just another client. Thanks to all their hard work and expertise, the entire experience was not only successful but genuinely positive. I would highly recommend this estate agent to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and highly professional team who made me feel valued. Nathaniel was fabulous, despite a couple of buyers pulling out & i began to think i would never sell the property & then up pops Sarah with another offer, and she was amazing. I honestly can’t praise Leaders in Halstead enough! Out of all the estate agents based in Halstead that we enquired with, they were just incredible. The whole team, Tom, Nathaniel, and Paige were brilliant, but we have to give a special mention to Tom. Tom really went above and beyond to help with our sale. Process was completed quickly and was able to secure me a mortgage that I hadn’t been previously been offered.
