I've recently let my property out through ryder and dutton. Rachael, moira were who helped ensure my property was let out to the right people. They've made sure the process was as easy as possible. Especially considering I haven't been in the country myself. They've kept me updated regularly and they've been easy to communicate with. Considering how difficult dealing with estate agents can be, I'd highly recommend ryder and dutton as they've been easy to work with and the whole process has been stress free.

Great service from Ryder & Dutton all the way through the process of marketing my house to completion. The Mossley office - Geraldine, Zoe, and Alice were all fab. Friendly, professional, responsive, and efficient. I will definitely use them again if selling/buying in the future.

WORST ESTATE AGENT IN THE COUNTRY. Absolute shocking Estate Agents. DO NOT USE. They charge the highest fees in the industry and provide the worst service possible. They made an absolute mess of everything, very poor communication and didn’t return my calls or emails. Really struggled to get my fees back as they demanded more and more fees. Will never use again. STAY AWAY FROM RYDER AND DUTTON UNLESS YOU WANT A POOR SHODDY SERVICE AND WANT TO PAY EXTORTIONATE FEES.

As we have said through our many communications you have a duty of care as a landlord to provide a property of good standard and tend to repairs that ensure your tenant is able to enjoy quiet enjoyment of their home. It was a great shame that you were unable to do this and that we needed to then negotiate the early exit of the tenant from the property which we managed to successfully do on your behalf. We wish you the best of luck with whichever agent you decide to market your property with next but would encourage you to consider your responsibilities as a landlord before doing so. We've just completed on a home with Ryder and Dutton and couldn't be happier. They were so accommodating throughout the entire process, even through the extra bumps in the road. I cannot praise Geraldine Marsden enough for continuously following up with solicitors, surveyors and other contractors on our behalf. She always kept us informed during every step of the process and her commitment to our home buying journey meant that I felt like I didn't actually have to do much, except wait for her updates. She certainly made easier what's considered a very stressful process. Thank you so much for all your efforts. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Ryder and Dutton at all after our experience.

Fantastic Estate agents, simply the best!So we put our house on the market back in 2023 and stupidly went with the cheapest option full of promises of quick sales etc.. But after 5-6 months we'd hardly had but a handful of viewings!So we decided to switch to Ryder & Dutton and within days of them taking over our listing we started to get viewings after viewings and within about 6 weeks we had an offer and our sale was agreed.Catherine Salisbury took over our sale and I can't praise her enough, she was fantastic from start to finish, chasing solicitors (due to quite a complex chain) always keeping us updated, she couldn't of done anymore for us, she is a credit to Ryder & Dutton.I just wished we'd gone with them from the start, so lessons learnt there.If you are selling a house in the area then save yourself a lot of hassle, time and money and go with Ryder and Dutton and if Catherine gets your file, you can be sure she'll give you everything.

Moira is the Property Manager dealing with my property and she is always very efficient and professional. She ensures that any tenant issues are communicated to me promptly and arranges contractors as required. Recently Moira has gone above and beyond while dealing with some maintenance issues that had to be resolved between a change of tenants. She even visited the property out of hours to check on progress and to help ensure that the length of time my property was empty was kept to a minimum. Thank you!
