Ryder and Dutton has been great to deal with and very effective in selling our property. This has not been the greatest of times for selling houses but R&D guided us through the whole process and helped us reach the result we required.I would like to thank Lisa Royle in particular. From start to finish we were impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the staff at Ryder and Dutton. We were kept informed and up to date at every step, and always felt that we had access to assistance if it was needed. Although we mainly dealt with Claudette and Lisa, any member of staff was able to assist us. I would not hesitate to recommend Ryder and Dutton, or use them again in the future.

Alex was my negotiator at Ryder and Dutton , Rawtenstall and organised the sale from start to finish. I cannot speak highly enough of the service received , Alex was magnificent, friendly, professional and always on hand. The service as a whole from start to finish could not have been a better and was beyond efficient. The whole team were great but Shannon also deserves specific recognition , an ultimate professional, very dedicated and a great person too. I look forward to dealing with everybody again soon. I decided to move my rental property over to Ryder & Dutton due to awful management from my previous agency. Leann was my first point of contact and met with me at very short notice in order to get my property marketed and viewings booked. Viewings were arranged quickly. Leann was amazing from start to finish, professional and personable and kept me updated throughout the process. Once we were in the application process I was passed over to Carmel who again, was brilliant. There was some delays that were out of her control but she kept me up to date every step of the way and pushed to get my new tenant in as soon as possible. After a negative experience in my first year of being a landlord due to the poor management of the previous agents, I now have peace of mind that my property is in safe hands.
