We recently sold and purchased a home with Ryder and Dutton. Ada as the Move Manager facilitated the correspondence between the buyers and sellers once the offer was accepted. She was incredibly attentive, had brilliant communication and we felt like we were always put first. We can’t recommend enough.

The Professionalism of all the staff starting with the Valuation and Presentation by Alice Rimmer right the way through to the staff dealing with organising viewings and the updates provided. (Zoe, Kirsten, Amber and Georgia). The thoroughness of all the information providided at the outset and throughout the whole process. Geraldine Marsden was extremely helpful and particularly Instrumental in helping to move things along quickly Totally happy with our choice of Estate Agent.

We have had a brilliant experience selling our property with Ryder and Dutton. In particular a huge shout out to Conor and Michaela for their hard work. They kept us in the loop at all times with where our sale was up to. All queries were responded to within a matter of hours and all calls are followed up with voicemails and emails which is ideal for me working in a job where I can't always access my phone. Whilst I wasn’t successful with the home I desperately wanted, Shannon was incredible. It’s a busy branch and can be difficult to get through and get clarity, but there was one shining star in the Ryder and Dutton team and that was Shannon. She was so responsive, clear, efficient and she really does understand the housing market. If you’re dealing with this branch, definitely work with Shannon.

GoogleTerrible service. Initially rung on Thursday to view a property ASAP only to be told how busy they were and that it would have to be Tuesday. I then received a phone call on Monday to say the property had been sold. I was then told that it was my fault I missed out as I should have viewed when others were viewing over the weekend. Why was I not told about these viewings? Why was I not able to tag along? On top of all this, my mum called as I was at work and the manager, Steph, basically insinuated I was a liar and that it was my own fault I missed out. Very disappointed and majorly put off from using this company ever again. Don’t bother ringing, I don’t want to hear from you.
Dear Emma, I am sorry that you have been unhappy with the service. On speaking to your mum, I understand that there were certain days and times you could do also because of your shifts. I would certainly never wish you to think that I have insinuated that you were a liar or that it was your own fault that you missed out as this is not the case. However, unfortunately there were other people who were unable to view also when an acceptable offer was received by the owner and they were happy to proceed with this. They also received several other offers and therefore there was a high level of interest in the property. I do appreciate your frustration as things are moving quickly in the current market. Staff were always on time, friendly and informative on viewings. Maybe they need a little longer though as I occasionally felt rushed.I liked having a dedicated team member after making an offer.
