I had a great experience recently with Ryder and Dutton they dealt with both the sale of my property and purchase. Jade and Micaela from the Royton branch were so helpful, during the week we were due to move there was some complications and Jade was persistent with contacting my solicitor and ensured we met the completion date for all parties. Jade kept me up to date every step of the way throughout the process of my sale.

Just purchased our first home. At first there was too many people from Ryder and Dutton to communicate with, I think within the first week we spoke to 5 different agents around the purchase. Finally being given with Geraldine as the contact as our move manager who having one point of contact was great, Geraldine was easy to get hold of and it was a really easy process once she was involved. Thanks Geraldine!

It has felt like a long process as there have been a few bumps in the road, but Ryder and Dutton were very good at communicating. Zoe initially looked after us very well and was great at getting back to us. Once the sale and purchase process was fully underway, we were passed to Geraldine Marsden who was also very available and chased the relevant parties as required. Thank you Ryder and Dutton!
