I was very anxious letting house first time. Rider and Dalton made it very easy from the first contact. Step by step they made me aware of what I needed to get done, not rushed. Once the house went on website, it was taken, in few days! Wish I had more properties!

GoogleWe had our house for sale last year with another agent in Rye. They proved to be useless and arrogant. Then we thought we would try RW&W. Ralph Popple came to value the house and was very reassuring and friendly. We felt very confident that the sale would be in good hands. As it turns out our sale must be the most protracted chain these poor guys have ever had. Barnaby was fantastic. He was calm, reassuring and proactive every step of the way. It was a tricky chain and Barnaby has been very supportive and proactive all the way through, always keeping us informed. I would use them again without hesitation. Credit to other members of staff too who were proactive in the background.

GoogleHaving just exchanged contracts on my house in Camber during the very difficult period of a second lockdown, I should like to commend the Rye team for their exceptional service throughout, especially Parris, who conducted viewings during lockdown with great charm and professionalism, and Barnaby, who took the brunt of a long drawn-out process, involving a number of problems further down the chain. He was always the professional, patient and sympathetic to my own frustrations along the way, but keeping me fully informed at every stage, and working tirelessly to move things along where he could. Every member of the team with whom I spoke on the phone were very helpful, and queries were always dealt with promptly and efficiently. A big thank-you to all, for making a stressful situation as painless as possible.

Ryder and Dutton have looked after me (and my property) for a few years now. The only criticism i would have is that the office can often be hard to get hold off on the phone, however, the staff there will always come back to you and reply to emails with any queries. The staff at Rawtenstall are always very personable and in particular Sarah Green has given me some very valuable advice and support. Generally, they have taken care of everything i have asked of them. I’ve been very impressed through out my time with them.

Can't recommend this company highly enough...this is the 3rd time I've dealt with them now and everytime it just gets easier. We’ve finally completed on our sale and purchase today! Ryder and Dutton were always the first choice for selling our home. I can honestly say the lovely staff have been with us all the way through the whole journey. Michaela and Jade have literally gone above and beyond their duties. Great people to deal with and highly recommended. Special mention to the lovely Oliver also. If you want to sell your house quickly and professionally then go no further than these guys. You won’t be disappointed!

We had quite a long and stressful process for the sale of our home, but Ella and her team were fantastic from start to finish with a particularly anxious and stressed home owner! Potential buyers are a horrible experience on the whole, but Ryder and Dutton really do try their best to get you the right buyer. Special mention to Ezhra, if you opt for assisted viewings. This lady is brilliant at her job. Could do with a medal.

I was looking to buy a property in Huddersfield and was stuck on which one to buy with so many options available. I was sent an email by Tracy showing a house for a good deal where I immediately called in and requested to book a viewing and place my deposit. Tracy was super helpful in this process and arranged everything straight away being the first to view the property after the discount on the house. Tracy helped gather my deposit documents with ease and then got transferred over to Emmy. Emmy dealt with the process the remaining way and was so helpful and understanding of my stress, she helped in any way she could and was willing to go above and beyond to help.With the help of Ryder and Dutton and their partnered solicitors, I was able to go from enquiry to house purchase in less than 3 months!! This could not have been done without the amazing help of Tracy and Emmy, they are the best :) !
