Collecting holding deposit from someone you know you ain’t renting an apartment to, only God knows how many people would have paid holding deposit for same flat, I’m sure you know what that means
We don't take holding deposits from multiple applicants for the same property. We take one holding deposit from the applicant that the Landlord would like us to proceed with. If that applicant passes the referencing process the holding deposit will then form part of the first months rent. I hope that helps to clarify how holding deposits work.

Jade has been incredibly helpful throughout this whole process. From our offer being accepted, up to our current position of nearing exchange, she has kept amazing communication which has made us feel more at ease with understanding where our purchase is at. As this is a first home purchase, she has been incredibly patient and understanding when having to explain in further detail to us about certain things. There hasn't been a time where we have struggled to obtain a response from herself, which has really helped with this process! In Jade's absence, Michaela was just as helpful in getting us the information that we required. Both are such lovely people who have gone above and beyond to try a make such a stressful process that little less stressful!!

The service was great from start to finish. Martin gave us a fantastic and very professional first impression. We were passed to Oliver who secured lots of viewings and obtained a full asking price offer on our property. Once we had officially sold our house, we were looked after by Emmy who supported us the whole way through to the completion stage. Emmy was brilliant at keeping on top of all contacts within the chain and feeding back to us as much as possible. Tracy was a brilliant support when Emmy or Oliver were out of the office. They are a great team and we are very grateful

Unethical practice and silent treatment after allowing me to be gazumped. Lost money on surveys and searches. Id never use or buy a property advertised with R&D. Zero stars from me.

Alex and Leon made what is a stressful process, as easy as they could!! We had a switch over of agents as Alex was promoted (rightly so haha) and the transition was really smooth and Leon picked up and provided great service keeping in touch and replying quick (if only the solicitors were as good!!) I don’t plan on moving for a while but when I do, I’d definitely go back to Ryder and Dutton!
