Gone down hill have been a landlord with them since 2015they put tenants in that did not pay rent the last two months'It was empty for 6 months due to legal things the said it was out of there handsrent and legal did not want to pay now I have a tenant they moved in for eight months after that I am going elsewhere I have lost all confidence with them please do not use them

GoogleI cannot fault Matt, Kerry and the Team at Halesowen, they are super efficient and amazing. I find they are friendly, knowledgeable have the time to explain things and advise of options etc. Will definitely recommend Dixons to everyone.

GoogleExcellent service from Kirsty, Matthew and Alison in the sale of my property. From start to finish they were very professional and kept me informed at all times of any new developments that arose. The marketing of the property was exceptional and got people through the door constantly until a buyer was found. The whole process took less than 6 months, from the offer date to completion. Thank you guys you really took the stress off me and I would definitely recommend Dixons of Halesowen to other sellers.

Do not use Lichfield branch. Have recently sold to a cash buyer, so in a great position. Trying to view a property which they are marketing. The property is empty. Its been 3 days, still no call to arrange a viewing after emailing and calling. My house however was sold within 22 hours of being advertised. Sellers avoid if you want competance and a buyer.

I was asked to provide proof of fund before even being able to view a property to buy. When I said I am not happy to do this before viewing the property as I am not sure if I want to place an offer on it yet, my viewing was cancelled. This is such a violation of privacy and lack of professionalism....

Please beware this agent does not always manage properties on behalf of the landlord. Dixons (Halesowen) collected fees from us for not reason or service provided to us and then left us on our own to deal with a rogue landlord who often ignored his part of maintaining the house in good time. It had been a nightmare tenancy through Dixons Letting Agents Halesowen.

Absolutely unprofessional, can barely get a hold of them over the phone, don't respond to email enquiries. After finally managing to get through to them and book a viewing they rescheduled twice then told me the night before the viewing was cancelled because someone had made an offer. I was one of the first to book a viewing of the property so what could of happened in between?

Scam company. Takes 6 months' holding deposit from immigrants and then let the property to other customer. They do not reply after getting your money.

TrustpilotTerrible Service AVOID
Terrible Service. As a landlord I paid for full management but all they did was rent collect & they didn’t do that well, leaving me in arrears. High staff turnover. Poor service level. Contractors they use botch repairs. They price the rent low to get tenants & their fee. I’d question whether the even meet the tenants. AVOID.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
