Ripped me off! They took my deposit and then refused to give me it back when we didn't get the property - said I provided misleading information when that was absolute rubbish! Bunch of thieves - don't go near them

Poor service.once sale is completed staff become very unhelpful and rude.they also dishonest in their approach.ask me to pay deposit several months before the sale .many to get my deposit only after complaining.overall I had a very bad experience .they knew we were first time buyer at the time.

Dixons Solihull are the lettings agents for multiple properties of ours & are horrendous!I have been charged for maintenance at a property that doesn't belong to me as they fail to verify which apartment in the block needed a repair & directed my contractor to complete the work at someone else's flat.Will be removing all properties ASAP.

Ian Walker of Dixons has been excellent throughout quite a complex flat sale. Despite all the complications of COVID and the fact that at one point we had to withdraw the property from sale due to uncertainty about the owner's health, a good and realistic price was obtained. Ian steered us through the process and was very helpful

Instructed Dixons last year to sell my dad's house. Really hard to get hold of anyone, continually had to chase for updates, felt completely let down by them and their lack of customer service. Avoid!

All members of the team, Mark, Rebecca and Linda have made moving for me very smooth after a difficult time, and i couldn't have asked for better service. Never recommend this company to anyone .They took deposit before send me any documents charged me 160£ and later said to me your application is refused and deposits is nonrefundable..now going to take legal action against them ..don't go to this company if have less then 1 star I give them .

Rented a 1 bedroom in Edgbaston through them and when moving they made up all sorts of charges just to take half my deposit including holes in the wall despite the fact that the flat came furnished with blinds and I never hung anything so didn’t make any holes.

Used to be great when they were based on Harborne High street in Birmingham - friendly and pleasant staff who were really helpful. Since closing this office and moving to Quinton the service has become complete rubbish. I would advise against renting from or giving your property to let through this company.

The sided with the landlord all the way through. Only heard from them when they attempted to collect more fees from me- with or without valid reason; when I asked them to prompt the landlord to do his part of the maintenance, the stepped back and became evasive. Disgraceful!
