GoogleFrom the moment the team came to initially value the property they stood out as a friendly, professional and knowledgeable firm. They were the only one of three companies who came armed with a clear breakdown of the local area, recent property sales which meant from day 1 we were clear on value and expected sale price. During the sale process they constantly kept us informed, securing a number of viewings in a short space of time. Pre any Covid restrictions they also attended all viewings and supported us brilliantly during a pretty tough time. Couldn't recommend these guys enough. GoogleDont waste your time. They are all sweetness and like at first, but fail to pass on calls, messages and reports, you end up having to chase them down and take them to court. The so called manager Sean Kavanagh is a utter waste of space, you can get more sense out of the monkeys in Dudley Zoo. Then they make out that they are all professional. Trust me they are far from it and only care about been paid to do nothing at all.

We endeavour to treat all of our landlords and tenants with the same care and attention and always work within the terms of our client contract. All calls are logged, recorded and issues dealt with appropriately and speedily (unless we are bound by legal restrictions in which case it is required to go through specific channels) We appreciate that sometimes for tenants certain situations can be frustrating, for instance when a landlord decides that for whatever their reasons (obviously we do not know the situation here as this is forum is anonymous but for example possibly the landlord selling the property) they instruct us as their agent to issue notice to a tenant to vacate their property. Unfortunately this is something which we are compelled by our contract to act on, we also understand that as a tenant the frustration can sometimes be taken out on the only people with which the tenants have contact with. We will always try to help and resolve any issues wherever possible.

GoogleGreat company, have been with them for nearly 4 years now. I love how professional they are, as a tenant I find they are not only helpful but everything is done correctly. From inspections to gas safety certificates, all done on time and the external companies they use are always polite and work fast and efficiently. Any issues are dealt with immediately, I have probably dealt with most members of staff over the years but a special thanks has to go to Sarah. She has been our port of call since day one and I cannot praise her enough. She is so polite, kind, and is a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleI have used this company both to buy a property ( Jul 2018) and more recently to sell a property (Nov 2019). I highly recommend BK&K and would encourage anyone to use their services. All the staff offer second to none customer service and promote a professional, yet personal approach. Tom Kavanagh has been my point of contact and has offered strong and reassuring advice throughout. I sold my property within 6 days of instructing them, and was/are very happy with the cost of the service. I did a lot of research before choosing an agent: including many, many meetings and office attendances.... Let me save you the bother. If you are selling, the photos and brochure are superior and knowledge of the current market and buyer database is excellent. If you are considering buying a property listed with them the advice, knowledge of the local area area and associate relationships (i.e. solicitors) is very useful and cost saving. GoogleExcellent company. Initially I used an on-line service, which I found ineffective and inconvenient as I had to be at the property for viewings, half of which didn't turn up! those that did we struggled to get feedback from. Tom Kavanagh was recommended to me by a friend. He was very clued up and advised that the on-line service were vastly over pricing the property, this he backed up with hard facts on recent local purchases. We re-marketed the property with BKK and the difference was immense. We had viewings within a short time and then an offer where BKK helped negotiate an acceptable price. Their service did not stop there, I was kept up to date by Kelly in particular every step of the way. Even down to the handing over of the keys where Tom met me in a convenient place for both of us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BKK to anyone. OK you pay a bit more, but when you balance that against the monthly outgoings on a property they offered me great value. Thank you again for all your help and support at what is a stressful time.

GoogleIt felt very much like we were being looked after by Bloore & King, as opposed to just being a customer. From advice on preparing for sale, recommendations for service providers (good ones) to managing the chain and pushing the solicitors for us, they did it all with minimal fuss. Financially, we got the asking price for our house within six days of going on the market, and that was a good 20k higher than any of the houses had sold for in the street previously.... Cant ask for much more than that.

GoogleEveryone at Bloore & King did a great job for me when selling my house & also buying my next house through them too, from the very beginning they detailed the whole process & terms, conditions & fees were were explained in an easy to understand way both verbally & in writing. I was kept informed of any issues & all progress along the way from my buyers, my purchase & solicitors all in a timely, friendly & efficient manner & I was very happy to say thank you with flowers, chocolates & cakes. All in all I think Bloore & King offer a fantastic service & I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you very much everyone at Bloore & King.

GoogleWe only have one flat available for a tenant to rent - from the beginning we have used BKK - they searched for suitable tenants using established Credit sources and organised established rental agreements. Their property maintenance / service team excellent together with their record keeping on the property . There never has been a problem with BKK - they have a very professional team at BKK -Malcolm Poole
