Amazing service from start to finish. Gail spent time with me to understand our requirements and made lots of helpful suggestions and recommended several properties. She followed up with additional properties and showed genuine interest in trying to help find what we needed. When we did find our new house Gail chased the solicitor for us and provided weekly updates so that we were always kept informed. Upon completion we were delighted to receive our welcome hamper for the new house - such a thoughtful touch. If I ever sell my house I will definitely use Bloors as they were one of only two estate agents who even bothered to follow up my initial enquiries ( and there are lots of estate agents in Halesowen and Stourbridge). More importantly they showed excellent customer service and were always on the ball. Thank you to Gail and the team for a brilliant job done!

Outstanding service from the team at Bloore King & Kavanagh when I recently sold a property through a different estate agent and purchased my new property through BK&K. I had major issues with my chosen selling estate agent which BK&K went above and beyond, with no obligation to sort for me whilst progressing my purchase at the same time. Was kept up to date of progress consistently and even received a home welcome pack on completion day which was a nice touch. We were extremely pleased with all the staff at Bloore, King and Kavanagh. We sold our property through them and also purchased our new property with them. They were always more than pleased to help, whether it was showing us around what was to be our new home, three or four times, or answering questions about the house moving process. I had been trying to buy since last October and I had 2 awful buying experiences with bad estate agents and was fed up until I went through Blooreking & Kavanagh. Tammy dealt with my purchase and she has been amazing all the way through. She called me more or less every week with an update on the case so I didn’t need to do any of the chasing and the total process only took 2 months! I have been a customer of Bloore, King and Kavanagh since they started the business in 2008. They have managed my property since 2009 and I have only good things to say about their integrity, professionalism and warmth. This business has a strong family feel which in Estate Agents is extremely rare. I would 100% recommend them for the sale of your property or management of your rental property. They respond promptly, have your best interests and the interests of your property at heart as well as offering top class service to tenants. I can't speak more highly of them. Louise and Chris have been nothing but caring and excellent in the way they have worked with me and dealt with any issues that have arisen over this 14 year tenure. Jo Washbrook from the repairs team is exceptional. We have a great working relationship. She's responsive, helpful and very personable. All the team at BK&K are absolutely wonderful! I don’t think I have enough words to explain how amazing they all are . I have a lot to say. If I could give a million stars I would. You can’t say this about many companies let alone estate agents. They helped me sell my house and this can be quite stressful but they maintained contact throughout and it helped take the pressure off. My first contact to start off with was Sean Kavanagh and his advice was so good and straight forward. He didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear but gave me honesty whilst being respectful. He gave me advice which really helped me and the company had nothing to gain from this. He is amazing. Which brings me to the next person, Gail. She’s so lovely and caring. Gail has so much empathy for all parties. Again, Gail gave me some good advice which saved me money elsewhere and she didn’t need to do this. The other person who is amazing too is Louise. I can’t believe how humble she is for a director in an estate agents but she sure is. Louise kept in contact with me nearly everyday. She was so caring again gave me sound advice and I really believe she cares to ensure that everyone is happy. I have had bad experiences with estate agents but this is so much more than your average estate agents. There is a family feel and when you call them they are always happy to help. There are other people that work there too and they are all so friendly. Most important part is they sold my house and I wasn’t just a number. All of them went out their way to ensure interested parties were able to buy my house. They treated me like their family which is not the norm with people providing a service these days but I will always only choose BK&K for any property dealings from now on because I have the upmost trust for them all. They don’t have a magic wand but believe me when I say they go out their way to ensure you get your house and you sell your house and then it does feel like they have a magic touch.
