GoogleWe received a fabulous stress free service from the friendly and efficient staff at Bloore, King & Kavanagh. The ‘For Sale’ board was put up on on a Friday and by the following Monday our house was sold. Our questions were always answered very quickly and politely; nothing was too much trouble for Louise, Chris and Tom’s team. Our move was stress free especially as Lockdown was approaching. A BIG THANK YOU to the whole team and we would certainly recommend your service to family, friends and colleagues. We had a great moving experience.

GoogleI would without doubt recommend Bloore King and Kavangh and would definitely use them again. They have recently sold my property and the service was excellent. We were a little clueless being new to selling houses and Sean was really helpful with advice throughout the viewings and offers and also Kelly during the after sale process and was actively involved with solicitors and moving things along nicely. They really made us feel like we had nothing to worry about during what is a very stressful time so thankyou.

GoogleAlthough I have already had many dealings with the company over 5 years of renting, I have recently dealt with Joseph for the first time. He got straight onto the issue, and really seemed to be supportive of us as tenants, which is great as sometimes it feels as though landlords are more important, rather than both parties playing their part. The issue isn't quite finished yet, but Joseph is keeping in touch with us and following it through - a definite asset to Bloore King & Kavanagh.

GoogleThank you Bloore & King for your brilliant on going service throughout the years with regards to sourcing tenants for a couple of my properties. I cannot fault this company at all. They made the whole process easy and didn’t waste time. When selling the properties they were clear about charges and kept me up to date with each stage. Very helpful staff and easy to communicate with them. I have in the past dealt with Louise, Emma and very recently Kelly. I am now in communication with Tom who is looking into helping me sell 2 apartments in Bulgaria. If I get to sell the 2 apartments in Bulgaria I will one very happy person. GoogleI have recently sold my house through Bloore & King, and in a separate transaction, they have found a very suitable tenant for my rental property. Now, I'm not a 'gushy' sort of person by any means, but I feel that I must convey my gratitude to the Bloore & King team for all their hard work in dealing with both of these matters. Right from the start, much attention was paid to the detail of marketing both properties, through the photography and production of the brochures. The arrangment of viewings was managed excellently and very much to my convenience. Communication was superb, if they said they were going to call you they did! Even outside of normal 'trading hours', when I thought I'd been forgotten, which I never was. 'Sales progression', as a first time seller I'd never heard of it, but believe me, you need it, and Bloore & King supply it at a high level, (Thanks Lisa). Throughout my dealings with B&K, I have spoken to and dealt with every member of this small family run team; Chris, Louise, Lisa, Emma and even Mr. King himself, and it was always a pleasure to speak to any one of them, and they always had the patience to deal with my prolific phone calls and questions. If you are looking for a property agent in the Midlands area, I can100% recommend, the Bloore & King team. Thanks again everyone, and 5 stars all round. GoogleWonderful team for both rental and sales. I have been with them for many years and always found their services to be excellent. Always going above and beyond what is needed. Will always find time to give you any advise if you need it. Nothing too much trouble. Have recently sold a house through them and they have kept me updated every step of the way weekly updates and then even more updates as we were coming to completion. Googleon May 2nd, we sent an offer for an flat, we were informed that they are waiting for the owner's response, even so far we have not received a response from Gail, moreover, the flat is not even for sale anymore. is an agency that uses all kinds of tricks to increase the price. rather, it is a racist agency. We not having British citizenship, we were told in a very superior tone that, I quote: in this country. if you are not of British origin, run away from this agency if you do not want to be disrespected.
Following your review we have thoroughly looked into your comments and find them to be totally unacceptable. We are appalled at the false attack on both our business, our staff and our exemplary reputation with your unsubstantiated comments. Firstly we would state that we do not know you. We have had no dealings with anyone of your name and therefore we must question the validity of this review as we have had no viewings, correspondence or offers from you. We would under normal circumstances always try and reply to any review in a positive manner however due to the serious nature and content of your comments we have reported this to Google for their consideration with regards to the validity of the review but also the comments you have made. We will also be taking legal advice with regards to libel. With regards to your comments about offers on properties, estate agents do not own the properties they sell and do not make the decision on who to sell to. We present the owners with the facts and they decide who to sell to. The legal system we have to adhere to means that up until exchange of contracts anyone can make an offer on a property and it is the decision solely of the owner as to who they sell to. We are sorry if you missed out on a property however if an owner accepted an alternative offer that is their right to do so. We feel it is grossly unfair and libellous for you to make these extremely serious allegations against our company and our staff. We are a small family business with peoples livelihood at risk when people carry out attacks like this. Furthermore, and more seriously, you mentioned a specific member of staff within your review. A wonderful friendly person with an incredible character who has been deeply affected and inconsolable by her name mentioned in the review due to the nature of your comments. This will form the basis of our conversation with our solicitor. We would ask you to take consideration in the future when placing aggressive and unsubstantiated posts accusing people of racism.
