We're very happy with the service they provide and without reservation can recommend them to other potential landlords. On the rapairs & maintenance side of the business, my dealings with Jo Washbrook have always been really positive. Jo has always responded very quickly whenever there's been a maintenance requirement. Thanks for keeping the world turning!! On the sales side of the business, Gail Whitty has consistently provided me with clear and concise guidance and support, which has proven invaluable for me. Gail has provided me with sound , realistic advice in what has been a challenging housing market as a result of high interest rates. Highly recommended professionals in a well managed company.

GoogleThe Team at Bloore King & Kavanagh, have been managing my central Birmingham apartment for the past 5 years. The service provided is First Class. In particular Jo Washbrook, Property Maintaince Manager, is excellent at problem solving and always takes a very sensible approach that works for me as the Landlord and my Tentants. All the team are helpful, answer the phone and emails promptly. I trust them, which is particularly important as the world of property rental & managment is becoming increasingly more difficult. I highly recomened their services.

GoogleI used Bloore King and Kavanagh recently to sell my home. They were magnificent. Every member of the team I dealt with was very professional and approachable. Once a buyer had been found they updated me regularly with progress reports after contacting every party involved. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleIncompetent. We had hot water issues for 4 months and by the time we'd moved out they still hadn't fixed it. They sent a gas engineer despite us living in a flat which had no gas, when the engineer couldnt help us they did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue promptly. We reported a rat in our property and requested pest control, they ignored our request and then tried to blame us for not calling the office to follow up after we'd already been fobbed off. Avoid like the plague. These people are fine letting flats with rats and minimal hot water as long as they don't have to lift a finger to sort the issues. Glad to be rid of them.

As you may see from our many other wonderful satisfied customers and excellent reviews we receive on a weekly basis from both extremally happy landlords, tenants and client's alike we always try and do our very best no matter how hard the problem may be to solve. Obviously on this occasion we were unable to rectify the problem for you in the speedy manner that you were hoping for. This is sometimes the problem when dealing with property and external contractors however we have a dedicated team of contractors and an in house maintenance manager who did everything they could in their power to sort out the problem for you. Unfortunately with heating and plumbing issues they can be extremally awkward and difficult to diagnose and fix which was the case here. We certainly wish you the very best for the future

GoogleThe team and service at Bloore King and Kavanagh are fantastic and highly recommended - all showing professionalism while still being friendly and and helpful, putting you at ease and under no pressure - from popping in window shopping and chatting to Gail she found our new home meeting all of our requirements this combined with guidance and patience from Louise to help us and ensure a smooth completion despite a few delays along the way. I would love to say I would use the company again - but instead I won't need to as they found us a wonderful home.

As a complete novice, I was delighted to receive fist class assistance and advice from this very professional estate agent. We dealt mostly with Libby who guided us every step of the way and dealt with any issues which cropped up-she is a credit to the company! We had nothing but friendly, expert service from all members of staff with whom we came into contact, and we have every confidence that should any thing happen in the future we have a great team behind us.

GoogleWe have bought our first home with BK&K - so easy to deal with! Fabulous customer service provided by Harriet and Gail from viewing to completion. They were both always so friendly and pleasant. We were kept well informed throughout our purchase and Harriet did her best to push our sale along. She is a credit to the team. Googlethey are desperate to do easy money, I made the offer, after which I spoke with the broker for the loan, with the solicitors for the documents, and then they called me that they received a higher offer just because they can wait for few days more to have deposit money in to my account.It is a shame agency. avoid this agency.

We would remind you that we, as the agency, do not own the property and are working on behalf of and in the best interests of our client (vendor) who made the decision on which offer they wished to accept. The decision is theirs alone to make and we work in the capacity of a go between to enable them to make an informed decision. Whilst we totally understand and emphasise with your situation it is always such a shame when we receive feedback such as this that is beyond our control. However, we certainly do wish you all the best with your house hunting and hope that you find your perfect home very soon.
