We’ve just bought our first house and are very pleased with the service and help we have received from Bloore King and Kavanagh. I would like to give a special mention to 3 people. First of all, Lennie, who showed us around the property that we fell in love with (it was our second viewing!) Gail, who has been a massive help throughout the whole process and has answered any queries we have had in a friendly manner. Sadly, we didn’t get to meet Gail when we picked up our keys as she was doing viewings, but she was always so lovely on the phone. And last of all, Louise, who we couldn’t have got through the process without. Her service and support has been exceptional. We would also like to thank the rest of the team at Bloore King and Kavanagh who were all so kind to us when we went to pick up our keys! Overall, a positive experience. Thank you for helping us on our journey to making happy memories in our very first home :)

Having had mixed experiences in recent years with "bigger agents" I decided to try Bk&k as they had a few signs up on my estate. I'm glad I did as louise was brilliant from the start, having done the initial ground promptly she left me with some forms and requested a few documents. By the time I had completed and sent them back to her I don't think I was a week before the house was on the market and sold. Louise and Kelly kept me informed and up to date throughout the sale process as It can take quite a while in the hands of solicitors .
