GoogleWe used Bloore King & Kavanagh to sell my mother in law’s house when she had to move in with us following illness. The team were very efficient and showed great care when dealing with an elderly lady who was apprehensive about the whole process. Their personal involvement was outstanding and they sold the house quickly and at the original sale price. I can’t recommend then highly enough.

FacebookPoor attitude from Sean Kavanagh Entering our property during our last month of tenancy without our consent. We stated viewings could be scheduled any day but they took this as open opportunity to come and go as they pleased. Very unresponsive to requests I.e. references and returning deposit promptly Lovely to begin with when we were paying customers but as soon as we’re moving on unprofessional, uncooperative and rude.

Thank you for your review and we are very pleased that you were happy with our dealings with you at first but we are sorry that the experience of moving out has not been as positive for you. It is standard practice that if there are rent arrears owing after a tenant has moved out this could result in references being delayed and deposits being affected. We have a duty of care not only to our tenants but also to the landlord and to any future landlord. We would also confirm that Bloore King & Kavanagh only entered the property to perform viewings and only with express written permission given by you for this to take place.

GoogleFantastic letting agency that helped us every step of the way with our move. Had a couple of issues with the rental property to start with which were resolved promptly. Had to use their out of hours maintenance service recently due to electrical problems. The whole process has been easier and much more helpful than at previous letting agencies we have rented through!

The team have been outstanding in following through the sale and the purchase of our new property. Lisa deserves a special mention for her liaisons with the solicitors. From Louise who came out initially and gave us great advice on how to make our home market ready to the lovely Lisa. Lisa contacted us with weekly updates and she was brilliant. The service especially from Sean at the initial valuation and viewing process through to Kelly who looked after the sale and all the admin associated was excellent.
