They were so patient and understanding of the complicated sale beyond our control and staff went above and beyond to assist us with speeding up the transition and taking on a lot of stressors for us so we didn’tvhave to. GoogleBe careful to read Terms of business. "Ready Willing and Able" If they find a buyer for your home and you change your mind or pull out, they will send you and invoice for the full fee.
Thank you for your review, we always appreciate feedback. We offer a no sale no fee service and put up all the initial costs of selling a home ourselves. If we don't sell the property there is nothing to pay. However if we do sell the property and the homeowner decides not sell later on then yes, we reserve the right to charge a fee of some sort, however it does not necessarily mean the whole fee. Everything depends on the circumstances of how and when the owner pulled out and how much work we have done to that point. Not everyone's situation is the same and we will always try and be considerate of this however if we have done the job we have been employed to do then we believe it is reasonable to expect to be paid for the work we have done. We would also stress that this only applies to a homeowner changing their mind and taking the home off the market after they have agreed a sale so, for instance, if their sale fell through for a reason not of there making, such as a legal reason or an adverse survey, again there is nothing to pay as it is not their fault.
