If i could give orbit a minus then i would have done so without question. Do not under any way take a property from these people. orbit south are a complete joke and the housing officer for our area almost doesn't exist.

Horrendous start as a new tenant. Absolutely horrendous. I know the reply for this will be to email the customer support email, but funny enough they don’t reply anyway.Not even been a tenant a month yet and we’ve had enough of them.

Horrendous. Emergency repair put through at 7.38am for bad leak in kitchen. Told 4 hours.5pm. Nothing.Been on hold for 5 hours no one answers the phone. Have emailed them my call list. Disgusting
