Anne and the team were very helpful and efficient dealing with our sale. Only let down buy them not taking meter readings as agree, and not advising till a few days after sale that this would not be possible. Whilst I may accept the reasons, the lack of notification is what has reduced this from 5* to 3* as I am now struggling to recover utilities monies owed.

I rented a lovely little flat in Hailsham from Angela Marden Estate Agents, I dealt with Jasmin, Jasmin was easy to communicate with, and the flat was clean and freshly painted for my arrival, I also got a lovely little welcome hamper 😍, Jasmin was on time to every appointment and nothing was an issue even when I managed to lock myself out for the 3rd time they were on hand to help, I would highly recommend Angela Marden and if I ever need soemwhere else to private rent in future they will be my go to.
