Dear Susan our disappointment was only second to yours in this situation. When we took on the property for sale that you subsequently offered on we never ever, anticipated the seller would change their mind, albeit in the first few weeks. As you know, the property was withdrawn from the market at the same time as the seller cancelled the sale, and as such, we too had spent time, money, and effort on what was to be a fruitless task. Sometimes people's circumstances change, and it is very sad when that has a knock-on effect on other innocent victims. We honestly did our very best for you and indeed the seller. We even sourced and visited potential properties for them to try and make a happy ending for everyone. We are genuinely very sorry.
