knowledgeable, honest, hugely supportive and we could not recommend her highly enough.
We purchased our second property through Angela and were so impressed, that we instantly knew we wanted her to also support us with the rental side of our existing property. This was daunting to say the least, as it was our first rental but she made the whole process simple and stress free. We had a tenant signed up within less than a week and have been really impressed with the prompt payments and aftercare.

We met Angela when we viewed a house her company, Angela Marden Estate Agent, had for sale. We decided to make an offer on the house and had hoped it would progress swiftly and smoothly however the house we were selling delayed the process significantly. It was only the hard work and sheer determination of Angela that resulted in us successfully purchasing the house. Angela went above and beyond her duties and actually did more to help us than any other person involved with our sale did. Without Angela I have no hesitation in saying we would have lost our dream house. I therefore can not thank Angela enough and would highly recommend her to anyone.

GoogleI met Angela several years ago quite by chance. As a landlady of several self-managed properties i encountered a problem with one of my tenants and tongue in cheek walked into a local estate agent to ask for some general advice. Angela overheard my dilemma, promptly came forward, asked me to sit down and freely and willingly gave me both her time and my options. In addition, on leaving the office Angela advised me i was welcome to come back at any stage if i was unsure of anything. I have never forgotten the feeling of disbelief that somebody could be so helpful and didn't have their hand out looking for something in return. Since that time Angela has rented and sold properties for me and where some agents would just accept a sale collapsing Angela doesn't. If there's any chance a sale can be saved Angela will do it and if you want a decent tenant Angela will get you one too. Angela genuinely cares about people.

Dear Jazmine,
I understand from our recent conversation that potential structural issues have come to light following your purchase. Your lender carried out a survey of the property, as well as the company you chose to instruct for your private, level two survey, and it is my understanding that neither of these surveyors picked up on the issue you’ve since discovered. I am disappointed that you feel we should have been aware of something that a trained, qualified and RICS registered, professional surveyor was unable to pick up on.
We are not affiliated with any other companies such as surveyors etc. and we do not receive any form of remuneration from anyone for passing their name and number over. I made this very clear when you asked for contact details for a surveyor. I also sent you a link to the Royal Institute Of Chartered Surveyors official website where you can search through all local, registered surveyors. I must also state that we do not personally know and did not give you the name of the surveyor you ultimately instructed to carry out your private survey.
I am terribly sorry that your first house purchase is not proving to be a positive experience for you, this is the worst possible scenario and we would not wish this on anyone. I sincerely hope the situation improves for you and please do feel free to contact us again should you feel we may be able to help you in any way.
