It’s sad to see that when you try look for an affordable place with these and other agencies but ur unemployed at the moment your automatically judged and pushed to the side , you don’t even get a chance to prove yourself or even find a place to so you can get a job or better yourself. It’s like they would rather have you homeless than deal with anyone unemployed.

asked to view a property and was told they would arrange and let me know . I was the asked to register my details which i did. Then asked if i would like a valuation on my property which i declined as another agent was dealing with my sale. Never got a viewing and never contacted again WASTE OF TIME

Do not use these estate agents, have no idea what they are doing, poor quality photos, descriptions, and plans. Our property as on an off the website all the time false promises with valuations, open days and viewings which has now caused us to lose our new home purchase.

Tenants wrecked an immaculate house. Inventory £190 for check-in and check-out so I thought Shitways should know. They couldn't care a F.... Had to chase and chase to get the check-out report. Deposit, I need to get the tenants agreement or go to court. Read clause 1.9.

She was always on hand to speak to whenever we needed help and was professional, understanding, approachable, friendly and fab to deal with. GoogleMade appointment to have house valued. Even had a meassage night before on the day of appointment no one turned up .so I rang the office and a lady said being I hadn't return call to make appointment earlier my appointment had been cancelled. Not a happy lady

They are refusing to submit offers to vendors if the prospective buyer doesn't go through their own mortgage advisors. So just the king about withdrawing an offer on a property. If you struggle to sell that's why....
