As a first time buyer I am grateful to the team at Oulsnam Hagley Rd for being great people to deal with and making this process as painless as possible. My first encounter was in person with Sarah Nourse and I found her to be welcoming, incredibly professional and efficient and this turned out to be an accurate first impression. She is a woman of her word, was really great to deal with and made the process of arranging viewings, and subsequently agreeing on a purchase as stress-free as it could have been under the circumstances. She was genuinely helpful throughout the whole process and I'm very grateful to her. I also want to shout out the viewing agent Claire who was always friendly, helpful and accommodating despite often being under pressure on a very tight schedule of viewings. Overall I don't imagine I could have had a better experience of buying my first house than I had with the team at Oulsnam and all my dealings with them were in massive contrast to my experiences with some of their local competitors (the less said about them, the better!)

Frustrating

I recently moved to England and wanted to rent a house. I read reviews of real estate companies and found that Oulsnam had very positive reviews, so I decided to choose them. Unfortunately, all my interactions with them have been very disappointing and frustrating. The first time, they forgot to respond to my inquiries twice. The second time, they gave me an appointment, but when I went to the appointment, I didn't find anyone there, not even the residents. I had to wait 45 minutes. I called them and sent them an email, and each time they replied that the visit took place as scheduled. I don't know how this is possible. I even sent them photos of the street and the house to prove that I was at the correct place and time. I honestly don't know why they treated me this way. It's so frustrating.

Good initial interaction with Ben, which was then followed through with regular and swift updates throughout the entire process from Sarah, who did a fantastic job of keeping us in the loop. Also had regular viewing updates from Debbie whilst selling our property. Bromsgrove Oulsnams sold a deceased estate property. I have used them previously and once again they exceeded expectations with professionalism, courtesy, approachability and expertise. It is good to see the staff there do not keep changing so other than the addition of an administrator it was the same team as two years ago.
