Winkworth???? The most worst experience I've had with this agency and the (landlord) I had Power problems in the property (only one outlet works) and I communicated that after 2 months have taken decisions to change the electrical part(that's because I asked for their certificate. inspection at the electrical side and they didn't have it)and they lied to me every time I called(I talked to the landlord and someone is coming to do it) stuff like this only lied 🤥 we have come to the conclusion that they just want to take our money and nothing else(Looking just for the landlords because there is the money)and when I left the property they tried to charge me for some missing things more expensive than the real price (new) for example (a bath cabinet with mirror that does not cost more than 25 pounds they wanted to charge me 125 pounds Ridiculous Do not be intimidated by such agentsand we as tenants have certain rights not only to pay their rent overpriced

Where do I even begin? The 7 contract changes to get what was actually agreed to? The fact the the agent cannot work out the 6 months from February certainly isn’t JUNE? That despite sending correct spelling of my partners name twice, the name was spelt wrong AND I WAS BALMED FOR IT? Or maybe the passive aggressive and rude tone of every. Single. Person. That I encountered at this company. If you don’t want to waste your time and don’t want your money stolen, I would HIGHLY recommend that you go elsewhere.

What a set of liars! Completely corrupt attempt at smoke and mirrors.Wrote a review. Reply from Winkworth asking me to email 'clientrelations @ winkworth.co.uk' and said 'we can discuss further'. Emailed and hey, guess what, they haven't even replied.Is that disgusting behaviour or what?

MY STUDENT SON AND HIS STUDENT GIRLFRIEND WERE PROMISED A STUDIO FLAT IN FULHAM ABOVE A SHOP TO THE POINT MY SON TRANSFERRED HIS JOB TO FULHAM.THE LETTING AGENT FROM FULHAM HIGH STREET DECLINED THEM THE PROPERTY DUE TO BEING 20/21.THEY HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A APOLOGY OR THE HOLDING DEPOSIT BACK THAT THE AGENT FROM FULHAM HIGH STREET HARASSED THEM TO PAY BEFORE THE VIEWING.THE WHOLE SITUATION UNPROFFESIONAL.THEY HAVE BEEN TREATED POORLY BASED ON DISCRIMINATION..

Avoid at all costs. Agents are not very helpful and when attempting to rent from them, all these additional costs kept cropping up. There are hidden costs ie. inventory, lettings contract costs.Agents are difficult to get hold of and do not return calls.

Kensal Rise office- Friendly and efficient. I feel they genuinely have the best interests of both tenants and landlords at heart. They helped hugely during Covid with a difficult situation and everyone came away satisfied. I highly recommend Winkworth’ team!

Winkworth has managed my rental properties for about a decade now.They have always been first rate:streets better than other agents that I have used.I have never had a void period of more than 2 weeks.Their representative,Natasha Conti,who deals with my current property,is excellent.She has an impressive knowledge of the market and of all aspects of the rental business and I have always found her advice as to property presentation extremely helpful.She certainly provides service with a smile,but there is a lot of expertise and hard work behind it.I unreservedly recommend Winkworth.

I switched to Winkworth after an unsuccessful attempt to sell my house through another big name, high street agent a few years ago. I noticed a big difference in the integrity of the people and the service. The fees were slightly better, and they really engaged with me to find the right way to promote our (somewhat unique) property. Overall, I was pleased. I have had a variety of bad experiences with estate agents, and overall I have a very low opinion of the industry. I'm sure Winkworth has their faults, but as estate agents go, I thought these folks were pretty decent.

An encouraging start with a higher than expected valuation and a flexible (timewise) buyer lined up but which in the event wasn't able to be flexible and so bought elsewhere. Many subsequent viewings and second viewings but the agent failed to find a buyer to meet the agents valuation coupled with flexibility. In short, 12 weeks with this sole agency proved a complete waste of time. Regret unable to recommend.

Winkworth Tiverton took over the property management of our tenancy just under a year ago, in that space of time we had three different members of staff managing, they did absolutely nothing to assist in managing the property. The last one 'Candice' was generally rude, unprofessional and dismissive about any queries or requested repairs required.Awful company will never deal with them again nor reccomend

Absolutely dreadful experience, got stood up at a viewing. No communication between the estate agent and you only a straight call to the offices which have zero information as to the whereabouts of their agents.

The worst agency I have ever come across. Absolutely horrendous experience with them, they are awful, words cannot even explain their bad customer service skills. Money grabbing company. Need new staff asap.Genuinely extremely unacceptable experience.

We didn’t realise how stressful buying a property could be so it’s a big plus to have someone that is interested in moving things forward at all times. In our experience it’s not easy to find an agency that actually cares about both parties so we definitely recommend the team at Winkworth.
