GoogleThe process is a little arduous but they have to perform necessary checks. My advice is if you prepare and work yourself through it methodically its totally fine. It worked for my wife and I as we have just been offered the house we applied for. And the whole process is way quicker than the old fashioned way of working. Its a great platform

GooglePoor communication, took them 3 weeks to respond to a simple enquiry from the other side and constantly made excuses as to why it took 7 months for the sale to go through with no chain. AVOID!!!!

GoogleUnnecessarily frustrating experience of referencing process as a tenant, even more so than old-school paper based forms: confusing forms sprinkled with ample amounts of technical bugs, misleading instructions and coercion into using buying their insurance and utility moving services.

GoogleTerrible service from start to finish, you go around in circles trying to complete information, they tell you it’s complete then send you back for the information. You cannot get in contact with them with any issues you go on hold and then get cut off , webchat is useless. If a property you are going for uses this stay well away
