I found Micheal and his team, to be, honest, professional, kind and most importantly transparent, throughout the whole process. Everyone knows it can be stressful, trying to find a long term home. And I’m not very experienced in all the necessary administrative processes. But they made it as quick and easy as they could. I am now looking forward to being a resident on Amersham Hill and am super excited to say that. Also I need to thank Michael’s newest team member Eddie, who heroically dealt with everything I threw at him. He’s a natural.

FacebookWe recently move from France to Leyland. Richard from Moving Works showed us round what is now our new home; we had 3 viewings of the property in all, each time he was patient and helpful. He recommended our solicitor (Napthens in Southport, who also provided n excellent service), and kept us updated throughout the sale.There was an issue with the land registry but Richard quickly responded to all our queries, liaised with both our solicitor and the sellers', and relayed questions and answers to the sellers quickly. All in all, just faultless service and we were highly impressed. Many thanks to Richard and all the Moving Works team.

FacebookWe have had our keys a week now and me and my partner just want to thank moving works for making the experience go so smoothly. As first time buyers we didn’t really know what we was doing but they explained everything as we went and I feel took on a lot to help us. From start to finish (which was only 8weeks!!) Richard has been brilliant, updating us at all times, getting information we ask for. Just fantastic. So overall, brilliant experience to buying a house which is obviously a very stressful process.

GoogleI have just rented a property through Hydegates and was impressed by Ben who showed us around 2 properties. I had seen many others and was either put off by the properties shown or the agents. He was diligent, professional and thorough. I later dealt with Marie who helped us to navigate the tricky referencing process (I am self employed and my husband in a new job so we were a slightly unusual case) however they made sure the process all went smoothly and we have just moved into our new home and are very happy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend as they treated us as individuals not as 'just another applicant'.
