Hydegate are simply the best !!! As a professional landlord with over 40 years experience of dealing with property letting & management agencies, I have learned to distinguish between the good, the bad, the professional and the downright incompetent companies. The majority of my residential properties are based in Bristol, a property hotspot for the lettings Market. However, the Bristol Agencies are mediocre at best. With the advent of the Internet and since using Hydegate Estates for some years, it is clear that distance/location is irrelevant. Now we would never even consider using another Agency!!! The quality of service provided by Hydegate Estates to both Landlord and Tenant is simply superb. Their professionalism and attention to detail regarding current Housing legislation is first class. The staff are well trained, professional and friendly. Whether you are a landlord or a tenant who wish to be helped to navigate your way through the "minefield" that current Housing Law has become, Hydegate will ensure that your best interests are protected at all times and provide you with a truly first class service. Whilst offering a superlative Agency service, Hydegate's fees are highly competitive. I will not be surprised to see more and more Landlords based both near and far from this Buckinghamshire based Company, use them in preference to any other Agency. Of course, it's no wonder that Hydegate are at the top of their game, given that the Company is itself owned and professionally managed by Marie and Paul Barrett, both highly qualified and each with over 30 years experience, ensuring that their team's performance puts all other Property Letting & Management Agencies in the shade!!! Well done Hydegate Estates!!!

I would highly recommend Hydegate Estates. They are not only professionals and delivering high quality services but they do treat you the best they can. They very helpful and always there for the customers. I am a tenant myself, I have been their tenant for ages and they helped me moving, swapping properties and even helped me with things that was not their duty. It is very hard to find, decent, honest and so customer orientated services these days. I would highly recommend using them. Their team is fantastic, friendly and also very helpful. Do not hesitate to contact them !!!!

We rented a property from Hydegate for a year and a half and in the 14 years I've been renting, they are without a doubt, by far the best estate agent I've ever dealt with. They treat you with so much respect, nothing is too much trouble for them to fix, they bent over backwards to help me when I was locked out the house and arriving home late and they do it all with a smile. I've never experienced any of this from any other estate agents I've been with in London in all the years I've been renting. They could really teach other estate agents a thing or two about customer service! Hydegate also returned the full deposit back to us with no problems. I really can't recommend them enough and I'd be with them forever if we hadn't just bought our first house. Thank you Hydegate, it's been such a pleasure x

From the initial valuation through to closing the sale we were impressed by the frindly yet professional service from this local family run business. Moving Works has been absolutely outstanding as an estate agents to use when selling my house . I have had a fantastic experience throughout. The service has been professional , efficient and slick. Rachael in particular has been absolutely amazing in the sale and marketing process and provided fantastic communication, advice and support throughout with a very personal approach . The use of the app and on line communications is also really helpful in addition and the response has always been so fast from them to any queries or questions . I have let my property through this company for the past 12 months upon checkout which I have to pay for my property has been left in a diabolical state. Yet they have continued to do viewings and wondered why nobody has taken the property. I have not had a chance to go to the property I had not had a chance to see my property and when I did go in I was shocked. The property has been left filthy and in total disarray. They have photographs of which they took when letting the property. And yet the property now doesn't look anything like that and it is also filthy. I have rang the company email them and I was hoping to have this situation resolved, bearing in mind I am paying this company two to "manage my property" I use the term loosely. I am 100% convinced that this company will not resolve these issues and that I will end up having to pay for the reparation of my house. This is caused me an enormous amount of upset and misery because my house was beautiful when I let it. I would never recommend anyone to let their property through this company. If this is there standard of care to their clients I am shocked and very upset. This is supposedly after I contacted them to let them know that all the things needed to be resolved by the tenant, because this is how the tenant left it. Comparing to the original photographs it is beyond a joke. Unless the checkout team go in blindfolded I cannot believe my property has been left like this and they think it's ready for letting!!! Beyond a joke

I am new to property ownership and have been dealing with Michael at Hydegate Estates in Amersham. I am "learning the ropes" and Michael had been kind, patient, helpful and very professional in my dealings with him. He keeps me up to date with all developments and gives helpful advice when needed. Sara from the maintenance team has also been a great help. I would recommend them.
