GoogleDoesn’t even deserve one star, offer accepted, proof of funds and mortgage in principle sent over, they carried on doing viewings and rang me and tried to get me in a bidding war, avoid them at all costs, bad practice by an estate agent

GoogleShocking practice from this estate agent. Accept offers in writing, have proof of funds, say they wont do more viewings. Then go on to do more viewings and accept other offers and try to create bidding wars! Totally unethical practice!

GoogleI am currently buying a house which is on sale via moving works. Phillipa the agent was very professional and very personable. Personally I would prefer to deal with one person through the whole process but once I had committed to the purchase this was transferred to someone else in the office.
